As of last week CARDIFF CITY STADIUM IS CASH-LESS. So all food and bar stands will only accept Contactless / Applepay etc. as payment.
So dig up all your old £5 notes from under the floorboards and apply for a plastic card ;-)

Long time reader first time poster.
Struggling to find the info for the corporate seats for the game, basically anyone know what the dress code is for level 4? Nothing on the FAW website and Cardiff City's contradicts itself in the FAQ's and hospitality section of their webpage.
TIA.

My 23 man squad for Azerbaijan & Belarus.
GK: Hennessey, Ward, Davies CB: Mepham, Rodon, Williams, Lockyer, Dunmett LB: Davies, Taylor RB: Roberts, Gunter CM: Smith, Ampadu, Allen, Ramsey, J.Williams, Vaulks FW: Bale, Vokes, Wilson, James, T. Lawrence
I think as always Giggs will include another 6/7 for this one, as I'm sure there will be plenty of changes for the Belarus game.

Lee Evans deserves the call ahead of Vaulks. Evans has played every minute this season and scored a cracker whereas Vaulks has played very little for Cardiff and been largely anonymous.
Both will probably feature in the larger squad no doubt.

Many tickets left for this one? Seem to be a few thousand still available. That's unless they're not putting blocks 119-123 on sale because of the massive following Azerbaijan are bringing over.

Shock (well, not really) loss coming up against Azerbaijan. For the first time in like 10 years I really can't be bothered. Team is anyone's guess, and Giggs to try and be too clever again, not giving opponents enough respect. If we get a few goals the place will be rocking. Then Belarus will be an awesome atmosphere. If we lose the place will be like a morgue and we'll be down to the old attendances Believe!!!!! Crap fan I thought belarus was a qualifier........... no idea why!

We really MUST beat Azerbaijan, nothing less than 3 points is acceptable.
How have the Azeris been doing of late, do they have a realistic chance of thwarting us?

Lost 3-1 to Hungary then 5-1 to Slovakia both at home so yeah, we should win comfortably.
Over to you Giggs.

100% must win.
If not then Giggs will have to go especially with Bale Ramsey and Allen available. Fingers crossed

On paper it's a 4-0 home win. We will miss Brooks but Wilson isn't a bad replacement is he? I think our record with Bale, Ramsey and Allen all in the 11, is pretty bloody good too.

Over to you Giggs. If that's the benchmark then anything less than a 2-0 (should be 3-0 really) will be a disappointment. However this is Wales, and it's got draw written all over it. I don't think Ampadu will start, just started training again after a minor injury isn't it? Keeper? Who cares. Roberts - Mepham - Davies - Taylor Allen - Smith Lawrence - Ramsey - James Bale

The last time we had Bale, Ramsey and Allen start in their preferred positions and our best formation was Ireland at home. This gives me hope that a good performance is around the corner. I think we really need a big result just to lift the atmosphere around this campaign. A big win will give us confidence going into the final stretch, especially with big results needed.

If we can't beat Azerbaijan comfortably with the players we have at our disposal, Giggs might as well give up

Am I right in thinking that goals scored in the match v Azerbaijan actually DO count towards the goal difference tally? So not the same as was with goals v Moldova last year? Assuming that they end up in last place, that is?

Depends if they finish bottom or we do

At home against an absolute dog muck side. No need whatsoever to play 2 defensive midfielders. Go out there and win the game.

I also fear that this has draw written all over it but if Bale, Ramsey and Allen all start there is no way we shouldn't win. As others have said, we need a big boost going into the last few games or we'll have no hope.

...I'm sure there will be plenty of changes for the Belarus game. I'm sure you're right. But there really shouldn't be. Our players are not playing enough together to get any momentum of success going. We don't have a gane for 5 weeks so no need to rest players. We should aim to start the Belarus game pretty much with the first XI and look to make some changes in the 2nd half of very likely players. Start with: www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49404349#wales-azerb-selector-8d659f31b5f9a1ca3a7425d9c642e94dAnd perhaps give half an hour to: Ethan Ampadu James Lawrence Matthew Smith Will Vaulks

There will be wholesale changes for Belarus.
No way Bale or Ramsey will play 2 games in 3 days. Niether will Allen or anyone else playing regular football
