Congrats! You could probably save a couple of hundred bucks out of Melbourne, but I'd say Emirates from ADL to Baku with a two hour stop-over in Dubai, is very convenient - A$1600 return Do you also live in Aus?? I’m going on Qatar Adelaide -Doha-Baku. 988 utter bargain Nope. But spent a wonderful 8 months in Adelaide, when I were younger ;-) That is indeed a bargain! Looking forward to reading your tips about Qatar - as we may need to go there in a couple of years ;-)

Portal Now Closed Good Luck to anyone who applied to the General Sale Also Remember there will be a resale portal once Play off winners are known in April Resale portal will have nothing to do with play off winners as they will be allowed apply for their own tickets separate from any resale.

Thats is Correct in regards play off winners but all windows have an effect on resale as some games are not as attractive and do not sell out they also get put into resale window also as well as sponsor returns and UEFA tickets held back for the football family etc Also tickets maybe sold at a reduced price normally at the very last minute of the ones coming back into the mix from UEFA as myself and maulike can testify we got Cat 1s for 25 euro for Slovakia V russia in France and these where better seats than any CAt1s you would get through FAW allocation and i believe highly likely this will happen to Baku Games Remember UEFA have two goal sell all theyre tickets and then make some more money on commission for resales So anyone thinking of last minute decision of a trip to baku still believe will get tickets for our games in April resale window in my opnionon

There will be a shed load of tickets for both our Baku games even on match day. Heck, they will probably be doing 2-4-1 offers! oscardelta may not believe this, as his own Bordeaux game was a sell-out. But our own Bordeaux game had Cat 1 ticket on match day offered for €25 ... Two Scots that were staying at my hostel and didn't even know that the Euros were on, got tickets for it ;-)

Get the feeling if it was Rep Of Ireland or Scotland they would take 9000 plus. I might be wrong about that though.

Maybe, maybe not as the journey getting there will be the pain. It is not Poland or France and difficult to base oneself there as Rome would be calling.
I think endure rather than enjoy will be fans view of this Euro's.

Can anyone confirm if we actually received a 12000 allocation for Rome and if so, have we sold out?

Add to that the hotel prices coupled with unscrupulous hoteliers and its giving me a huge sense of foreboding and we're still 5 months away. I just looked at the hotel we've booked and its more than doubled in price since we booked last week. Slightly worried they may renege on the booking and go after richer pickings. So I don't see many who haven't already booked going as availability of flight and hotels reduce and prices get higher still. Getting out there for a quarter final may be just about impossible given a couple of days notice.

I reckon under 1000 would bother and most of those would be retirees, the wealthy or singles.

That's why the quarters is the only game (or potential game) I haven't bothered to get a ticket for.

Not red wall member. Are all welsh ticket gone for Baku? Portal open for Baku tickets, can't convince mates to go. Are the tickets in Welsh section? Could not go to France, thought opportunity of lifetime gone. Second chance, will not miss this one, will go my own for this one.

Baku vía the Wales portal was not sold out from what I heard. Had Cat3 tickets left (the cheapest ones)
If you are not a red wall member then I believe the UEFA portal is the only option you have.
I’m pretty sure you can’t access the Wales allocation this way, but if we have not sold out the tickets may be available this way?
Not sure if we have been allocated an “end” yet so you would be buying blind (ie did not know if in Wales end or not)
Not sure if there is a way to request this with uefa?

Red Wall May open again but my understanding was this was the only slot to buy via the FAW? The portal that opens again in the new year is the general one? I don’t know what happens to any leftover by the FAW. May be worth sending them an email to ask? UEFA will not want empty stadiums so I am sure if you go there you will get a ticket one way or another. Other option may be to see if another Welsh fan has a spare and ask them to add you as their “guest”?

I know that logic and UEFA are not great friends .... but still, I'd recommend contacting the FAW via email and ask them. Tickets are still available for all three Baku games, so (logically) UEFA shouldn't mind supplying the FAW with a few more codes on request, if asked for?

I was able to "identify" myself as a Welsh fan and be able to buy tickets. I didn't go ahead because I've already got all tickets sorted but my presumption was that if I had gone ahead I would have been allocated tickets in the Welsh end. Worth checking with FAW/UEFA. I found that UEFA are very quick to respond to ticketing queries.

Anyone want to have a guess on how many we’ll take to Baku? I said 4000-5500 before but I reckon the closer we get to the game people will find a way to get out there. I’m thinking 7000

If you prefer DUB-Baku and then back Baku-ROME, Turkish will do that for a similar price.
Pisa/Napoli to DUB on the 22nd as well as Rome-DUB on 23rd are about €50, with your favourite carrier ;-)

From talking to my 18 year old neighbour, sounds like a whole army of teenagers are going out there. Probably more like Aarhus than Bordeaux ...
