Ye think I'll renew now and just see what's available monday (got a feeling it's going to be manic). Didn't think about putting up on Facebook or twitter, i'll give that a try failing I have no luck.
Thanks for the response guys.
EDIT: By the way, how would you go about swapping your seat if there's one available, can you do this online or would I need to ring the ticket office?

You could contact the FAW by email, make them aware of your dilemma and see what they can do?
Tickets@faw.co.uk
I have always found them very responsive and very helpful

I have just received a detailed explanation from Matthew from the Ticket Office. It seems that due to the stricter GDPR rules, many Wales Fans have been automatically removed from the FAW MAILING LIST.
This may cause notification problems going forward.
Matthew suggests that everyone go to their profile page and ensure that EMAIL is ticketed as an option www.eticketing.co.uk/fawtickets-english/Authentication/ClientUpdate If you can't go directly to the page, first log on here: www.eticketing.co.uk/fawtickets-english/ THEN CLICK ON MY ACCOUNT (top right) UPDATE DETAILS
EDIT
News Delivery Preferences Get club news via EMAIL And finally, hit EDIT again

I might buy one next week just to have a ticket for the matches. I can’t always get there but it’s convenience.
Hopefully I can move to Wales within the next twelve months.

We get odd one with the 3aways this year

Are they card entry or is it a paper ticket? I’ve had a barcode to scan with my ticket before. If I buy one then let’s speak when I have a spare.

Me and my mates who are sat in different areas of the ground decided to keep our seats encase we couldn't get any today. Just looked and thousands of seats together. Shame we didn't gamble, but should we really of had to ? Get hold of your mates fan IDs and then get on the blower to the ticket office to get yourselves sat together. Simples.

Shame we didn't gamble, but should we really of had to ? To be honest that's a fair point. There is no reason they could'nt have opened these seats to tournament ticket holders from previous campaign. Its not like you are taking someones seat, it just gives you a choice if you decide to change. But im sure they will allow you to swap if you ask the question. As long as seats are available i dont see how it would hurt the FAW for you to change.

A landline for Cardiff City Stadium to call, that works (about 7 or 8 minutes wait): 02920 643 600 - THEN 1 for Tickets THEN 3 for Wales
Very friendly and helpful!

Loads of ticket availability? The momentum since Euro 2016 is slowing.

I waited 25 minutes in the queue earlier, but have moved up to row DD in the Canton, up from row E! Very happy.

Loads of ticket availability? The momentum since Euro 2016 is slowing. I don't think its surprising. Because of the nations league we've seen tickets go on sale two years before the actual final tournament. Euro qualifying begins march 2019. We've got the best part of a year to sell more

Call the Cardiff City ticket office, as above - they are really very helpful

I thought they changed that last season to 1 campaign ticket per membership following feedback from people like Welshiron?

Surprised at how much availability there was in the Canton, didn't stop someone from nicking my seat mind! Moved slightly lower from row Y to row X, not sure how I can deal with such a monumental change

I linked my boys membership to my account and bought them both on mine,i do know as manulike says you need the account number of the people you are buying for but i don't know exactly how many you can link to your account though

I renewed my last season tickets, now I'm trying to swop them for more preferred tickets. I can add the preferred tickets to my basket, but when I try to reassign them, I get an error message saying that I need to delete the original tickets. Anybody know how I delete the original ones online?

Anybody know how I delete the original ones online? it is useful making a note of the new seat number/row that you prefer having (which you can only see once you have it in your basket), but then removing them from your basket and calling the ticket office tomorrow morning.
Just make sure that you have all membership numbers of the seats you need

Cheers. There's no way of changing tickets online, only via the ticket office then?
