No Declan Rice - so that saga carries on ... The saga's come to an end it seems. According to Sky Sports, he's declared for England. Shame for Ireland but good for us in the short term, I do rate him. Its looking like no one wants to play for ROI ... as another 17 year-old says no ... Who knows, they may need to actually start capping Irish players ;-)

Thinking of a pub crawl to the ground from the city centre. There'll be a couple of Apostles out together minimum if anyone wants to meet. I've no plans myself for the Monday aside from drink.

Beware being TOO well planned. Bought my train and plane tickets on July 8th. Thought I'd picked up the train tickets but couldn't find them so went to collect them from station this morning and found out I HAD picked them up in August. Turns out the wife thought they were used tickets from a trip to Berlin via Manchester Airport in July and threw them out when she was "tidying up your stuff" .
No point in arguing so my bargain advance £17 return has now cost a total of £63...I can't get angry cos she's fine with me going to Albania as well.

I'm really looking forwards to this one now. A few more hours work and I'm off home to wash my Wales shirts (home, away, yellow / red away) and dust off the SO58 bucket hat of choice.
Having two nights in Dublin. Will check the forum if we have any unofficial Apostle meets. If you see Welsh fans sat alone then ensure you bring them over. One huge family.
