Just got my Dad's. Had to redo his 4 times (waiting in the portal every time) before eventually I just did it on my credit card. That was a horrible 3 hours or so but we've done it!
I need a lie down.

Safe to say, the house was riddled with stress for those 3 hours.

Any ideas on allocation of quantity of tickets? I have 23 points so hopefully I’m in with a chance tomorrow :-)

Well that was stressful! Forgot I had a uefa account so after being in the portal was asked to log in... Que panic got there in the end via a password panicked reset.
Got all the tickets to the final, have details ready for who you want to allocate the ticket to. I only needed to enter the details once then use the drop down for the next set of tickets where their name should now appear
Website jumps all over the place so be careful what your pressing especially if doing with your finger on a tablet.
For nationality they have Wales (yey!) but spent ages searching the list for UK or GB as wasn't expecting Wales as a value. Uefa know the score! But stressy with countdown clock!
Another panic at the end when my cc details and billing address was all wrong, from my Euro 2016 application. I have since moved. Somehow my transaction went through and I have an order confirmation.
Trying to get back into the portal now to link some orders so we are sat together. Back in the queue!
Does anyone know how to update address details? It wasn't obvious to me and couldn't do it at the time of booking. My souvenir tickets are heading to my old gaff!

I’m in the same boat. I’d say no great rush though and just do it after things have calmed down a bit and the ticket portal is closed.

I know it’ll ask for the Passport Info of my “Guest” but does it also ask you to confirm yours ?
My UEFA Account email address is different to my FAW Account, guessing that’s not an issue either as the code is unique ?

You have that opportunity when buying the ticket, the window shows all your details and you can amend them there and then and SAVE + CONTINUE...
Can't say if it is essential if only you are buying ... but I did, nonetheless

"Is there a requirement for the 2nd ticket holder to also be a Red Wall member?? Mine will be, but I remember in 2016 we were able to buy 2 per membership and it didn't matter if the 2nd person was a member or not. It is an actual requirement to enter this for the ROME game at least, and without this the whole application can be refused apparently .."" Source? I read that yesterday, on the UEFA web site. One hundred percent sure. For games in Rome there is a requirement to fill the PLACE OF BIRTH - I am not entirely sure if also the date of birth.
Yup I also read it.
As a result of home grown hooliganism they require lots of details before selling you a football ticket, even for Serie A games.

Is there a chance that UEFA could refuse the application for being duplicates even though the application process has gone through ? Wales Away on Twitter also saying that you can change the “guest” details at a later date after purchase, so if you want to be super safe and name the actual person your second ticket is going to, you can add their correct details later on. Key point on things like this is "DON'T CHANGE UNLESS EMAILED BY UEFA AND ASKED TO DO SO".

Top tip for anyone who usually goes with a mate or their missus and has two memberships wanting to buy 4 tickets.....Just enter your details as the main applicant and then put the other persons details as the second applicant. Then put the second person as the main applicant on the next set and put the first main applicant as the second applicant on the second set. Basically just use the same two details but swap them round for each one. Worked fine for me and I’ve had confirmation the order was successful :-) Now I just need to contact UEFA to change my passport no., address and phone number as they had the wrong ones listed on there even though I corrected them before hand a few days ago haha! So you've logged a ticket against two members twice? Why not change the second ticket on each application to the 3rd and 4th person?

I got in originally with my access code, but my browser broke, closed it and now i'm back in the queue will my Access Code still work? Are access codes made invalid after a purchase is made on them? I qualify tomorrow when did you get your access code from FAW please ? So I know when to start panicking tomorrow? I am stage 2 too. We are getting them at 11am when we are able to login. I doubt UEFA have been given a time that codes can be used, it's just the way the FAW are applying loyalty.

That was not a pleasant experience! My tips would be: 1) Get yourself somewhere where you will not be distracted! so you are focused. Expect to wait - I had to wait 40mins to get to ticket portal (there is a status bar) 2) When you put access code in, click twice on OK 3) At time appears limited make sure you have all friends (beneficiary) details inc. passport number, nationality (Wales not UK!) & date of birth (& place of birth for Rome tickets) & credit card details at end. FAW number is optional (don't bother u don't have the time). A message you have "Xmins to complete" does tend to send you into a panic. 4) 2 option tabs "group tickets" & "follow you team". You have to buy each 7 games individually (even for the FYT) - use tab at bottom left to "Add tickets". Only "Pay" at end, u can only use access code once. 5) For each ticket bought I had to enter my mate's details for each one (I could not find a short cut) 6) Connection was lost a few times. I had to "reload" a few times. I had a "Error log 309?" a couple of times - use top left arrow to go back. Keep an eye on top & bottom left indicating that it is "processing" & wait if its doing this (rather than go click happy). 7) If you are using someone else's credit card remember some cards have security check (safe pass) , where they send a code to his mobile (make sure they are available so you can enter code!). 8) At end it does give you a summary to check. 9) In advance know how many tickets & expected costs (this is another check). So if you click all 7 tickets to final for 2 No. people = 14 items at 830 or 845 euro (souvenir tickets 15euro). 10) Afterwards relax - then check you have money in your account to cover (you don't want the payment failing when UEFA take the money out)
If I got anything wrong apologies

I think the main reason was because we aren’t sure which family members are going to be the 3rd and 4th person coming with us yet, so didn’t want to gamble filling in their details in case it ends up being a different person that comes with us. Would have been so much easier if it was just one ticket per member instead of a +1 haha.

Just bought ours no problems, waited half an hour to get into the ticket portal though.
Did not have all the passport numbers so made a couple up but will amend later.
Got Category 3 for Azerbaijan so they have not sold out yet.

You enter all details once via the form that drops down. Then for the next set of tickets there was an 'allocate to' option... In that drop down the name of the person you just entered appeared, so I only entered the details once. But appreciate its all a bit confusing and stressful. Might even display differently depending on your browser also. Pob lwc pawb.

THE ADD TICKETS button did not seem to work for me - not sure what I did wrong. Eventually, I just went back two pages on my browser (top left) to the menu list with all seven games.
Remember that you only get 15 minutes from start to finish ;-(
GOOD LUCK!
