Surely we’ll have more than 10,000 each team for Baku?? It’s a 68,700 seat stadium. There can’t be 50,000 neutrals that want to watch us play Switzerland. I am sure that you are right. Do you genuinely think that more than 10k Red Wall folk will make it over to Baku? I would be very impressed if we take any more than 6k over - but I might be wrong.

Wales France in the rugby World Cup Q/final was 40000. 5000 short of a full house in Oita. What we assume is a huge game doesn’t always apply to what the locals think. |

For Baku i reckon all those who have max home points (i.e. No aways) should be ok on Friday. After that, we may be onto CAT2 or even in CAT2 at some point during that day.

That was not a pleasant experience! My tips would be: 1) Get yourself somewhere where you will not be distracted! so you are focused. Expect to wait - I had to wait 40mins to get to ticket portal (there is a status bar) 2) When you put access code in, click twice on OK 3) At time appears limited make sure you have all friends (beneficiary) details inc. passport number, nationality (Wales not UK!) & date of birth (& place of birth for Rome tickets) & credit card details at end. FAW number is optional (don't bother u don't have the time). A message you have "Xmins to complete" does tend to send you into a panic. 4) 2 option tabs "group tickets" & "follow you team". You have to buy each 7 games individually (even for the FYT) - use tab at bottom left to "Add tickets". Only "Pay" at end, u can only use access code once. 5) For each ticket bought I had to enter my mate's details for each one (I could not find a short cut) 6) Connection was lost a few times. I had to "reload" a few times. I had a "Error log 309?" a couple of times - use top left arrow to go back. Keep an eye on top & bottom left indicating that it is "processing" & wait if its doing this (rather than go click happy). 7) If you are using someone else's credit card remember some cards have security check (safe pass) , where they send a code to his mobile (make sure they are available so you can enter code!). 8) At end it does give you a summary to check. 9) In advance know how many tickets & expected costs (this is another check). So if you click all 7 tickets to final for 2 No. people = 14 items at 830 or 845 euro (souvenir tickets 15euro). 10) Afterwards relax - then check you have money in your account to cover (you don't want the payment failing when UEFA take the money out) If I got anything wrong apologies I did manage a shortcut I believe, starting to question myself now! You enter all details once via the form that drops down. Then for the next set of tickets there was an 'allocate to' option... In that drop down the name of the person you just entered appeared, so I only entered the details once. But appreciate its all a bit confusing and stressful. Might even display differently depending on your browser also. Pob lwc pawb. That does make sense londonexile - that once you enter your guests details for the first (Swiss ticket) it remembers these details & then when you pick your next ticket "Mr Guest" is then available to pick from the pull down tab. That would have saved me (& others) a lot of minutes. I would just add 11.) Mine appeared to fail at the “payment stage” after I put the card details in, “connection lost” type message, before it went to the “confirmation” Tab. I went back to re-enter my card details but they got rejected. However, within 2mins I got a confirmation email from UEFA regarding the purchase, showing it had gone though. 12.) When connection is poor the “continue” or “payment” tabs go “grey” so you either have to wait (if its processing – top/bottom left) or go back a page until these tabs go blue. |

Read this bunch of QandA. I have just emailed UEFA ticketing to see if it is still possible to add the €15 and get the Souvenir Tickets (posted AFTER the end of the competition) I opted for the souvenir tickets but didn’t really look too much to what they meant. So are all tickets used for entry on mobile? Or are we went the physical ones as well as souvenir ones afterwards? I read that section too quickly and thought the 15 Euros were for paper tickets to get into the stadiums on match days , didn't realize until now how it all works . The FAW should have been more informative like our counterparts from the other side of the bridge were to their fans , English FA gave out great info regarding the full ticketing process . |

That's because they can only apply for tickets and not actually purchase them isn't it? I'd much rather know that tickets were in the bag, over waiting for weeks to confirm whether my application has been accepted! |

Getting tickets tomorrow for my group (group of 4 so two transactions with 2 codes). Does anyone know if it well let me do two separate transactions with two different codes with the same card?

Its a good system in place for us as we can buy our tickets outright there and then. Just make sure you buy everything you want in one go because you cant use your access code more than once.
Its pretty straight forward as long as you are organised.
