Got my tickets earlier today through the app, all done by 1115. Seems if you use the app you can only get e-tickets. If you use the website you get paper tickets.My understanding of "paper tickets" you are referring to are the Souvenir Tickets? As you will only get them AFTER the tournament has ended, they can not be used to enter the stadium with. Cost €15 for all tickets - sent by post sometime in July 2020

Got straight onto site, no waiting today and got two cat 3 unrestricted view tickets for Turkey and Italy no problem at 11 today. Biggest probs was getting to Baku!! Think you'll be OK tomorrow to be honest |

"Unfortunately, if the purchase is completed, it is not possible any more to add souvenir tickets.
We thank you for your understanding. "

qq please – so my match buddy got hers and mine tickets we needed (she was batch 2 today)
I’m batch 3 tomorrow, and would like to get my brother a ticket (if available) and come with us.
As I’m already a “beneficiary” with same ID & red wall membership# as my EUFA account, is this likely to cause problems please? (multiple tickets for same match in my name but across two different purchases)

Can someone please confirm whether the Fans First prices for the semi and final on the 'follow my team' option are available to all Wales fans, or just those who were unsuccessful in the general public ballot in June? I think it's the latter.
Has anyone who didn't apply in the June ballot had access the Fans First ticket option?

That's because they can only apply for tickets and not actually purchase them isn't it? I'd much rather know that tickets were in the bag, over waiting for weeks to confirm whether my application has been accepted! England will be oversubscribed so only allowing 1st in queue to buy causes issues.
FA will want to have a look at who is applying to try and avoid knuckle draggers causing issue.
FA is a lottery which seems a fair shout given issues they will have.

I got my ticket email. but was in such a panic with time to complete. When it asked for passport I entered mine....now I got two tickets both in my name.....I've emailed uefa but doubt expect a reply...I hope it won't invalid the tickets..can I change any details. Will it matter?

I have submitted an application for the Italy game in the ballot. I am also waiting for my Red wall code. I assume it is possible to buy Red wall tickets and be lucky in the general ballot?

The general ballot lets you apply for any Wales game. The chances must be less than 5% but you never know. In the summer i got tickets for the winner of a v runner up c so worth a punt. I am very nervous about there being any tickets left through Red wall when I get my code.

Hi there, anyone please seen a way to edit address / phone number in the portal? I know they are not the same now as they were in 2016.
To be safe, I might just create a brand new account with fresh details, but same other details (ID / DOB etc)

I had the same problem, turned out it was because I had locked my debit card, unlocked it and bingo got my 2 cat 3's |
