Gone on loan to Gateshead in the National League for the remainder of the season. Not sure why Chelsea didn't send him out in the summer for a full season, but better than nothing. Let's hope he plays regularly, does well and earns himself an EFL loan next season.

Hopefully he can do well and move up the tiers over the next couple of years as you say. Probably won't be a viable option for us for at least another couple of seasons, but he's definitely our best prospect |

Chelsea today sign a new keeper so now have many, many goalies on their books.
Kepa Arrizabalaga (turning 30 in 2024, expected to be leaving this summer); Robert Sánchez (turning 27 October 2024); Đorđe Petrović (turning 25 in October 2024); newly signed, Filip Jørgensen (aged 22, turning 23 in April 2025); Lucas Bergström (turning 22 in September 2024); Marcus Bettinelli (turning 33 May 2025, very much 3rd/4th choice vibes).
Eddie Beach of course aged 20 but turning 21 in October 2024.
On top of this they have two keepers out on loan already with Teddy Sharman-Lowe (22 in March 2025) and Ted Curd (aged 19 in February of 2025).

Hmm I'm worried he'll be going there as backup. They have a keeper called Jojo Wollacott who has 11 caps for Ghana. Not played international football since 2022, but shows he's decent, would be surprised if Beach is being signed to take his place
