No luck I'm afraid. When I (deliberately) put in an incorrect password it tells me it's incorrect. When I put in the correct one it says "Retrieving your information" but then just takes me back to the log-in page. Have tried multiple devices. |

Panic over - the issue was that I had to allow pop-ups. As soon as I did that I was able to log in as normal. It's never been a problem before though so I don't know what's changed. |

Is there anybody on here who can't access their tickets on the fifa tickets portal? I sign in and then when I check my ticket application it goes to a click here page. I can't seem to see my tickets anywhere

It's been like that for a week for everyone, apparently they are allocating general sale tickets seats and preparing for the last minute sales phase. |

Can anyone log into their tickets on the fifa site at the moment? It’s telling me that I have no account? Despite having bought tickets on that email address?
i thought it odd that I had an email about last minute sales, but the email address I bought my tickets through, didn’t get one.

Over 7 hours to get in. I was looking for some non wales matches to supplement the trip. As of now there is no availability for any matches all through the tournament |

This phase has only just opened and there were more than a few matches with plenty of tickets still available when the last phase closed. |

The resale portal has not reopened for this sales phase yet, you'll be able to pick up more then on an ongoing basis |

Click on the link, log in, you should see a stadium plan (if you have ticket for that match). You're looking for a few small red or blue dots.
This only works for general sale tickets

The system is so painfully slow to update... I've clicked to add tickets to my basket about 50 times today...

I’ve been on most of the day and struggled to get much. I’ve finallygot a couple of cat 3’s. Got a match a day now apart from the 26th. I’m only really interested in non European teams, Argentina vs Mexico would’ve been ideal but I’ve not seen anything pop up for it.
