Reading from below. Only Match Ticket holders can enter Qatar and book accomodation.....is this right ? You need a Match ticket ID to get a Hayya Card
Hayya Card mandatory for all visitors to Qatar during the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Officials in Qatar have confirmed that the Hayya Card will be mandatory to enter the country as well as any of the stadiums during the 2022 FIFA World Cup which is set to commence this November

You must apply for a Hayya Card if you are planning to attend a match at the World Cup.
A Hayya Card is a form of Fan ID, which will be required to enter the country and attend matches during the tournament period. It will also provide free public transport access on match days.
If you are travelling to Qatar between 1 November 2022 and 23 January 2023 you will need to have an approved Hayya Card, regardless of whether you are intending to attend a World Cup match.
You should apply early to avoid delays. At this stage, only match ticket holders can apply. See the Hayya portal website for the latest information.

I'm trying to clarify the passport entry requirements as our government website says Brits going there to live for work MUST have 6 months left on passports but it says visitors SHOULD have 6 months left . Come November I will only have 4 months left , best I get a new one I think just in case ?

Mind you just reading the stadiums all have super fast BB ! I can’t imagine it will be an issue or different to the CCS but maybe have to scan digital ticket and Hayya card QR code !! Over thinking over worrying it ! Next weeks worry do I go all in on the general sake on the 5th or wait till 7th as priority 2? That said could do both and re sale ( within FIFAs rules) if lucky with both !!! 🏴 |

Does anyone know if the Hyya Card for ticket holders REPLACE the need to have Ehteraz mobile app for contact tracing purposes (which is the reg entry criteria)?
I belive for the Ehteraz you must have a local SIM card?

It either says, can't read this form,form too big,form wrong type. I e mailed the contact us bit and it just said go to Fifa for fucks sake. I'm at the end of my tether already with all this shit

I'm at the end of my tether already with all this shit Took me ages … I had to try landscape , then portrait …had to just take pic of one page and made sure it was smaller than the file site ….I ended up sending a fresh separate pic but that was a faff ! Too light , eyes shut etc etc… took me about 3 hours in total |

Portals are a nightmare. Not sure if this will help, as I've no idea what that ones like, but when I need to upload to portals I take a picture as far away as I can and try to reign it in.
So take the photo and it's too tall, crop it down a touch in camera feed. Too wide, crop it again. Eventually I find a sweet spot after a few times.
If this is irrelevant I apologise, but with work I have to do this constant. Whatever happened to scanners and attachments in emails?

Had an e mail this morning offering a physical copy of the Hayya card, even if it's partially approved. What's the point of getting a partially approved card? They can't update that when your application complete?

I had it aswell; Now that you have applied for your digital Hayya Card, whether approved or pending, you have the option to also get a physical Hayya Card (optional). The physical card will provide you with the same services as the digital card.
If you choose to opt for a physical Hayya Card, you can have it shipped to your address. Please log in to My Hayya to make your selection and update your details. Alternatively, you can collect it from a Hayya Service Centre.

Assuming that these will be plastic cards which will be physically issued, I'm not sure what the reasoning behind this is TBH when this is supposed to a 'sustainable' World Cup |

Going too far at too great a cost not to take precautions. Should also make a nice souvenir. I'd think it can be amended remotely once issued - for example a block can be placed on season tickets |

Ive ordered the physical one also. For all the above reasons. I was also told via the Hayya "team" that your tickets will be attached to the card so another reason (if true) to have a physical as well as digital card. So bloody confusing all this stuff

So bloody confusing all this stuff Your Ticet will be on separate app but will be associated with your Hayaa Card(Fan ID) so in theory you need to show both to enter which you will show both but them checking your card is the one assocaited with ticket didnt really happen in Russia you just needed both ticket and Fan ID and where let in |

On the exemption 24/48 hour length of time issue I sought clarification from Hayya CS and received this reply.
