Do you want Toshack to carry on managing Wales or to finally go?

He has to go. He's had 6 years and taken us backwards.
I can't see how anyone can provide an argument in suport of him.

In for now, but review it after October double header. If less than three points at that stage give Brian Flynn a chance.

Tosh put himself under this pressure by rejuvenating the whole process of picking players. He and Flynn have laid the foundations. This has been a revolution not an evolution. It has been bloody with losses on both sides. Tosh agrees with you to an extent as he is not staying past this campaign and will hand over a young squad. When Bale is 26 he will be playing with the next bales' and ramseys. In the past this gap has been more like 10 years. With Ramsey and Collison and Gabbidon in form things could have been better. They aren't and if you want a short term tub thumper to change things around quickly then suffer the consequences of that approach. My other point is that people look up Montenegro on the map can't find it anywhere in England and take the old empire approach of thinking that these liitle wog bastards from over there somewhere are obviously crap because they don't have running water. Should Tosh go? In the circumstances I think this squad is underdone: Too many pull outs for friendlies not enough depth and still a young team many of whom are not first team regulars. Who could do better?

despite his decent CV i never wanted him to take the job in the 1st place so you dont have to work hard to figure out what i voted but we are stuck with him now (and he us) until the end of his contract
getting rid of him now would (most likely) mean a new manager with new ideas using these current qualifiers as testing ground for his 1st proper qualifiers down the line, how many qualifiers are we gonna use as building up for the future
might be pessimistic of me but our chances of qualifying from this group has already taken a serious knock,we needed them 3 points,,it wouldhave given us a boost/confidence etc..for example..the away win in finland inspired fans/players and we almost made it
i try and look at the positive and think ok..we wont be the only ones to struggle in montenegro so there's hope but the cynic in me says the other sides will scrape a draw/win out of it
we are a bit like arsenal i suppose..all the promise etc but yet to deliver

He should go now as far as I'm concered. But I think we're stuck with him for this campaign.

I agree with Saints, however if results don't go our way in October I think he will resign.
At the end of the day he has been in the job for four years and results have not improved and that's what a manager is judged on. For whatever reason he doesn't seem to get the best out the players when it matters.

Although it was the players mostly to blame for our latest fiasco Toshack should not have even had the chance to manage us in this campaign. A new man given a few months of friendlies to get his first xi in order may have yielded more spirit yesterday and got us a result. Typical faw though, happily sitting on their hands while Rome burns.
But realistically I don't think it matters who the manager is. We are f***ing crap. The manager is crap, the players are crap, our FA are crap, the whole f***ing lot of it is crap, a shambles and a disgrace and I for one am sick of us always being crap with no sign of us getting any better or any desire to arrest the decline from the suits who run welsh football.
And all this despite tosh being granted a long term mandate with no real pressure to re-build us in time for 2012. What a waste of f***ing time that was.

He's been unpopular for a very long time. Sadly many people have refused to watch the team with him in charge.
Hopefully a change wil be a much needed boost to the team and those fans that turned their back on tosh.
