These seem to be unsubstantiated rumours flying round. Why haven't the press asked this question?
Its a really important one involving the future of Welsh football

Think we'd be a lot better off now if he did.

Same, stupid to judge him over 2 games against Bulgaria and Switzerland, we were hardly going to win both games 5-0, performances were actually not that bad, deserved more of a chance.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=tfsTv3qvWNU&feature=relmfu FFS we should have gotten Flynn! ....Certainly a lot of the players wanted Brian Flynn, he plays attractive attacking football as well, it was the obvious and best choice I.M.O, but what's been done has been done, move on now.

Don't know if this has been mentioned on here already but Brian Flynn is now working at Doncaster as Head of recruitment
'Former Rovers skipper Flynn has returned to Doncaster to lead the club’s scouting operation'

Yeah a real bad move that one.
Mind you, we don't know all the facts- I wonder whether Flynny's heart was still in it after he got knocked back for the top job in the way that he did? If that was me I think I would find myself moving on shortly after too.

the reason he didnt get a renewal isnt as sensational as people who dont know seem to think, many on here now why it wasnt renewed but dont seem to want to talk about..dont know why?
if people knew why his contract wasnt renewed they wouldnt see any blame with the faw or any of the management staff
ive no idea why its so hush hush tbh and if i hadnt given my word that i wouldnt make it common knowledge on here then i would gladly tell you

People are getting worked up because it's political capital.
If we knew that it was down to Speed, but didn't know the reasons why then no-one would bat an eyelid. When Coleman's name was in the frame there was collective outrage at another potential Coleman balls up. Then the finger was pointed at the FAW and now it's a stick to beat them with.
Who pulled the trigger dictates the general reaction imo.
