Sad to hear of Emyr Huws' retirement. So many of our most talented midfielders have had their careers curtailed or severely compromised. Simon Davies, Huws, Ramsey, Allen, Jonny Williams, Mathew Jones, Jack Collison. I'm sure I've missed a few. It really feels like we've been cursed. All the best to Huws in his retirement, perhaps a career in coaching awaits. Even Bale. I'd also add Brooks and most likely Lockyer to that list now. I don't think I've seen a nation get such bad luck with injuries. Diolch Emyr. Thought he'd go on to become a Cymru regular. B@stard injuries and luck. |
