Didn't catch the whole game, but thought it was a great strike for the second goal.
It seems Elise Hughes had a decent game from what I watched, made a proper nuisance of herself up front.

Thought they played really well. Some real fight about them too. Hopefully bodes well for the Euros. Good use of subs in the 2nd half and some newcomers in the squad. Quite a few of our players at high level clubs now too.
Was the away kit for commercial reasons or part of the colour blindness strategy (no red/green) they were talking about at the rugby?

It’s a very sensitive situation with the appointment of the new manager/head coach , although she has been open about the past it shouldn’t really sit comfortably with the FAW , but they have given her a healthy contract!!
I’m sure if this was her male counterpart there would have been lots of opposition and probably not offered him the job !!

AHH the difference between an organisation that can be sued for printing an unproven allegation as fact and an anonymous messageboard poster who.....well, can also be sued but isn't usually worth the time/money of doing so.

Like being in 1976 I dislike it as well but zi kinda get it the recent explosion in women's football has Ben great, unfortunately the standard is not universal ( I know you could say the same about the mens game) but is currently greater in the women's game.So I guess they are trying to protect the "product" that are the finals so you only get quality Personally I think the product is robust enough but I see where they are coming from. |
