Does anyone know whether the tickets will be sent via Royal Mail or if they will be with another courier company? I've been successful in getting tickets but I will be abroad for a month leading up to the tournament so will not be in to receive the tickets. If it is the Royal Mail it won't be a problem if they need a signature as I will leave my ID with a relative and their policy is that they can then sign for them on my behalf at the depot. If it's another company, however, I don't know what their policies are and may cause hassle or refuse to give the envelope to anyone but me. Does anoyone know of any way for me to find out? FROM UEFA - DELIVERY OF TICKETS:Tickets will be delivered to the address used in the application and dispatched by secure mail a few weeks before the tournament. It is important that applicants provide the correct details in order to avoid tickets getting lost in the post. Tickets will be delivered as close to the tournament as possible in order to: ▶ minimise the loss of tickets ▶ reduce black market activities ▶ prevent counterfeiting

Which one is your mum afraid off leading the other one astray? Seriously, great news. Pleased for you both.

As algwil says, about 24 hours after payment became pending there was an email. At the same time the email was sent the portal became updated and it indicated a tick or X next to each request. Finally. from reading the TripAdvisor thread, people that applied in the Summer for the initial portal had 2 or even 3 transactions taken in the space of up to a week or so. Thus. if you have applied for quite a few games, it is possible that their confirmation will be gradual ... have patience ... www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowTopic-g1-i13435-k7886624-o330-2016_UEFA_EURO_cup_Ticketing_information-World_Cup.html#72786777
