Same here. One of the most frustrating days EVER! Had an England ticket snatched away from me and a few last 16's. Choose the number then it tells you it's sold out. I reckon we're up against bloody computers or nimble fingered computer whiz kids or something. Another month of this and I'll need a new lap top after putting my fist through the screen! Anyway, to all of you who have been successful, well done. To all of you still trying, slow down a little will you FFS!  Nos da! |

Just got off the phone to UEFA, the delivery charge is charged for each transaction because it's an automated system and each order gets printed and packaged on it's own so that they don't make mistakes.
I'm annoyed that I've paid 60 euros in delivery costs but that explanation does make sense.

I got lucky around 11pm last night with 3 successful Slovakia tickets in a row - no joy before or after so maybe that's a good time to try again tonight. I literally haven't slept.
So I now have a Wal v Slovakia (cat 2) and Wal v Russia (cat 1) ticket extra and would gladly swap BOTH of these for just one England v Wales ticket (any cat).

Been on portal this morning for 2hrs, just got lucky with a last 16 runner up B (us hopefully) v runner up F in Nice. If we go through top or third and play elsewhere will it still be possible to get rid of these later on? Not sure whether I should keep trying for a last 16 3rd place v  Ticket. Any thoughts? three question marks and they stick a sad face in there!? What's all that about?? |

Bale, Ramsey, Williams, Allen and Vokes (in his current form) will mean I'd be really disappointed if we get 3rd. I logged in last night around 23.05 and there was an England ticket there teasing me at Cat 3... Clicked on it excitedly ... and by the time the page refreshed ... it was gone. I then stayed on that same English page for 5 full hours ... til 4am ... with nothing. Not even 1 ;-( My eyes were so dry last night, I am surprised that I managed to open them this morning at all! |

Good to hear some boys getting tickets? I've been on for nine hours straight over here in oz. Managed to stay in the portal by doing the log out thing. I must have had at least fifteen different times when I was clicking on a wales game, only to get a Sold message immediately or if they allowed me to select the number of tickets -- they were none left once I had selected.
Am I missing something, is there a trick to this? Are you better to just stay on a buy a particular wales tickets page.....I mean once your there and not keep refreshing on the on the main page which changes games all the time.
I thought it might have helped being over here with the time difference, and getting on the portal out of the waiting thing was much quicker once all you lot were asleep. But I hear people saying that they had Russia or England tickets and then when they pressed for the amount to buy that they had gone, and that they had just been popped by someone else. Well boys those nine hours have me thinking that really your not even close, and that so many people must be at the same stage atthesame time that it's a massive farkin lottery.
I'm frustrated to say the least.
Any tips anyone has would be very welcome

The link never changes and I think it appears in that permalink before it tells the main page that it is live again. You still have to be majorly quick though. I think it just comes down to milliseconds (so someone having their mouse in the the right position or refreshing slightly before you) |

Just happened to be choosing amount of tickets for one game when another appeared. Went for that one straight away and got in. Just pure luck. I'm on nights tonight and was gonna take my laptop in. Thought that might be better, but if you can't get em in Oz then that tactic ain't gonna work either. I suppose the sellers are asleep too. |

Does anyone have a direct link to the page that refreshes ALL THREE Wales group games at once?
I only need the England game - but more than happy to buy Slovakia or Russia game tickets for others...
It is exceedingly boring monitoring the England game alone ... Saw it once last night and once this morning ... both times 2X Cat 3 - but they were gone ...

Just saw 2 Cat 2 tix for Slovakia game - but wasn't fast enough - hope one of you lads got it!
That is the forth time I saw the Slovakia game this morning. And I only see it when I am just about to log out ... Certainly feel there is no reason for people not to get these, if they refresh only this link every 4 or 5 seconds -

Managed to downgrade my Northern Ireland v Ukraine ticket from Cat 2 to Cat 3 ...
But I'd much rather be in Lens on the 16th - not in Lyon ...
Has anyone managed to buy in this resale portal, two tickets for two different games played on the same day, using the same account?
I am fearing I might click on that England game ticket to get a pop up saying "But you are seeing The Irish in Lyon, sir!"

Been on all of my lunch hour trying to get tickets for mate. I was lucky in the ballot but still looking for tickets for all group games No sign of Wales tickets EDIT Slovakia tickets just came up. Got excited ordered 3 and got the "Sold Out" message  |

You order a tv from John Lewis but cancel before they deliver it to you. Do you think John Lewis are amazing because they also refunded the delivery cost? I do think they could easily change their system to print tickets for accounts rather than individual orders. It's just a way of eking a bit more cash out of their customers. Think how many envelopes they wouldn't have to buy if they just combined them all  Plus, I think we all know that it doesn't cost 15 euros to send something from France to the UK so to have that profit multiplied is a bit galling. |
