Do they have to be signed for or can they just be put through letterbox? I went on line and stated 'other' for safe place and in remarks asked for them to be posted through the letterbox. Just got message saying have been delivered and place in safe place, as instructed. Just hope they will still be there in 2 weeks ;-) |

I have been out all day, had a bad experience with "leaving in safe place" before so didn't want to run that risk, i've opted to collect from a shop which means I have to wait till after midday tomorrow, ah well will be worth it!

Can someone please confirm whether the tickets indeed did come seprately for groupigames (Slovakia/Russia etc) and the conditional games coming in separate delivery? As I received two parcel tracking codes...

I laughed when I opened up the ridiculously big envelope only for the smaller one to slide out, so pointless.
The guy who delivered mine said it was the best day in work he ever had, people were waiting for him like he was Santa Claus and giving him hugs on the doorstep. I was the last out of 70 people in three postcode areas, thought there'd be a lot more than that.

Had an e-mail from DPD at 8:57 this morning saying they were to deliver to my home between 2:40 and 3:40 this afternoon. I'm in work all day so I arranged to collect tomorrow afternoon which they confirmed by e-mail at 10:06. I then had another e-mail at 3:02 saying they'd left the tickets with a neighbour.
The neighbour's totally trustworthy and I've got the tickets but I'm not terribly impressed with DPD.

I'm not sure if this has already been mentioned but the only tickets that have been sent are the FAW application portal.
The tickets that we got through the Public Application portal haven't been sent and we haven't been sent emails either stating they are on their way like we had earlier this week..

Im tracking mine on theat Chronopost webiste, 4am this morning they were in Cardiff sorting office, now they are in Nottingham with a sorting error next to it! Haha
I gotta laugh..or ill cry. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Anyone know where I can find seating plans for the three stadiums?

There's another thread on here somewhere warning members to be careful of any 'Steve Evans's'. i.e. new members with only a couple of posts to their name. Seems to be east stand, upper tier, level with goal. Toulouse worries me slightly. Bought Cat1 tickets but block 11 seems to be behind the goal and furthest away from pitch!! More like Cat3 or Cat4. Hope UEFA aren't taking the piss. Think I'll email them to check it out. |

Got mine today, a bit of overkill with the package size though! I thought there might of been a few bits of information included on stadium parking etc ,but just a short letter and the tickets. Block 42 for me too.

Only had to use DPD on a couple of occasions but im well impressed with the service they provide & well done to the delivery driver Aaron .

Picked up my tickets today from Spar in Cardiff. There was a pile of them waiting to be collected as it seems quite a few peeps had the same idea |
