Don't know how many people have met eachother on here but how do people feel about having a forum meet up?
Maybe in Bordeaux as we'll be at our most apprehensive/excited/optimistic/not disappointed. Plus, by the looks of it, we'll be in the vast majority there.
Maybe nice to put some faces to names
If people are up for it we could post a time place when we're more familiar with the city/pubs.

Seriously it would be great to meet up with you lot as over the last few months we have helped each other out one way or another
We will be getting into bordeaux at around 7.30 and hoping to be out and about for 8.30 so could do with someone naming a pub and a time to meet up on the friday night

Lovely idea but Bordeaux is gonna be difficult for me. Don't get there til 14.30 (hopefully) so don't have much time to relax and meet up. I have a long weekend in Toulouse coming up. Maybe we could do the same there?

I'll have to serious rethink my clothing if that is the case ;-)
Unfortunately won't be able to make any pre-match forum meet-up in Bordeaux, but enjoyed meeting forum members in Tel Aviv, so if do get together, I'm sure it will be good fun.

Somebody posted a link to a blog some fella has done where he went and drank in the pubs either in Bordeaux or Toulouse. Anyone remember which forum discussion it was or what the blog site was called? Some of the bars looked brilliant on there and could be a place for everyone to head to for a gathering?
