Yes. Voucher Exchange Point in Paris is totally a different office /location than PORTAL Tickets.
The maximum ticket for any one day on any account is four. If f you already have two FAW conditional tickets, you MAY add two more from portal.
Portal tickets CAN BE collected at ANY Ticket Collection Point in any host city immediately after receiving email!!!
Again, TCP is a separate location, usually 5 minutes away from stadium...
