From today's UEFA email the VEP in Lille is in the city centre, near Gare de Flanders. I can assure you all that the regular Ticket Collection Point outside the ground (blue end of stadium, in front of Park Inn Hotel) will exchange them, as I got my Paris ticket there. I shall try and pick mine up in Nice - can't imagine it being an issue!
By the way, said Park Inn does a great grilled double sausage roll for €4 and very decent chips as well :-)

As has been said, it was a straight forward process in Paris. I was at the bar next door and plenty doing it. I even checked with the staff myself, just in case I need to pass on in future games. Copy of passport, letter, signed, with matching signature, authorising you to pick up. Scanned was acceptable. Have your own ID as well. Good luck and bon voyage. Just wish the FAW had been more pro-active in spreading the word.

Yes I picked up tickets using friends voucher. Did need his passport and had a copy of letter scanned on iPhone and no issue, but you will need both.

Bit of a pain having to fly into Lille, into centre to pick up tickets to come all the way back out again for match. Can anyone confirm that we can exchange vouchers at the ground??

Is the Voucher exchange point different to the Ticket Collection Point at the stadium?

In Paris there was a voucher exchange point set up in the same building as the ticket collection point - would definitely check at the ground first in Lille before heading into the centre.

In Paris the Voucher Exchange Point WASNT the same as the Ticket Collection Point. The VEP was in the Theatre and the TCP was at the stadium.

There was a second VEP at the stadium, in the same building as the TCP. I know because I went and exchanged my voucher there!

Didn't know that as I exchanged my voucher in the Theatre on the Friday and collected tickets from the stadium on Saturday.

Anyone know if you can collect tickets bought from the portal at the VEP in Lille centre or just at the TCP at the stadium?

When you ask about exchanging a portal ticket, you simply mean showing your email reference? Then yes. VEP will print out your ticket. Also, Ticket collection Point at stadium will print out FAW vouchers. I did it in Lille for our Paris game

If that's the case then that is ideal. Thanks!

Does someone know on which side we are located? A French friend invites with my kid but I don't want to be wrong side of the stadium.
Thanks

BLUE side, upper two terraces. Our Cat2 corner is the green edge of Blue zone.
I expect everyone in the stadium to be in red ... so very uniform, especially as WE ARE the Home Team for this...
