I have just rung the ticket office in France, they do have hospitality tickets available for 'at least' €1,000 and upwards but no general sale tickets left.
I suppose that for a thousand euros you do get prawn sandwiches included!!!

Was in the queue at 12:48, bang on when it opened... got in well over an hour later. My dad got into the queue at about 5 to 1, got onto the portal about 25 minutes later... It doesnt make any sense. We also got 0 tickets. so annoyed. Makes it even worse seeing 'new listings' on ebay selling tickets that were bought this morning for £500 a pop. why wanst this done through each FA using priority points? ?

With a 50 thousand capacity....we should have had at least 15/17 thousand allocation(looks like 8/9 thousand)and with not many claiming they were lucky in the portal I wonder how now many went to tourists and sponsers.
Like I said I can understand the group games with everyone and everyone going to those but this game I thought there be more chance, but with uefa saying its sold out five days before the game mmmmm looks like a stich up.
I'll keep trying...

It was done through the FA on priority points way back in December? That's how I go my conditional voucher to every game Wales could feature in. Given the short notice I don't think there would be time to run everything through the FAW again for this. But I agree about the touts. Only way to stop that is to cancel any ticket where it can be identified.

It's a shame because there'll be empty seats in that stadium.

I think they had less tickets for qf than Paris game because I was on ticket page at 2.04 for Paris game bought 4x cat 3s no probs today I was slightly later 2.07 nothing left apart from the refresh drip feed game , so my opinion they had much less for qf, think they will release more when they've given away to who ever is a friend of uefa

Just read a press report which said that only 1,500 tickets were made available today. In which case, you have to ask how come UEFA let so many go beforehand, and where is their loyalty to the genuine fans ? By operating the system the way they do, it just opens the door for touts to get in super early, and buy up all the tickets, and leave a meagre few for the true fans to scrap over. By rights, there should have been more like 15,000 tickets available today, rather than just a tenth of that amount.

Ground is a similar size to Paris - BUT this game had a larger chunk of FAW allocated tickets back from February already allocated to it (I understand there were only 3k of these for R16, and more for this one as fewer games meant less contingency planning). There's probably going to be a similar total allocation but would imagine more of those have already gone to us with vouchers leaving fewer for sale on the portal today.

The game was showing green (>500 tickets) in 3 categories, meaning AT LEAST 1,500 available, plus red (<250) tickets in category 4. We can say from that that there was anything between 1501 and 50000 available today, all we really know is that they sold quickly. Realistically though UEFA were always going to have allocated the vast majority of their tickets this late on and it's good that they held any back really for these sales.

I disagree this day and age with the internet the FAW couldn't get involved. I went to the World Cup final in Germany 2006 and in that game both the Italian and French FA had ticket desks in the Olympiastadion in Berlin where they were handing out tickets to their fans. German efficiency!

Is that not the same as the voucher exchange points that we already have?
Perhaps the best thing UEFA could have done was to only open sales to people with 1876 memberships (like they did with a code for original ticket applications). Would still have guaranteed sell-outs, but might have scared off a few of the touts and made sure that genuine fans had more of a chance. Still would have given bandwagon hoppers a chance as I'm sure plenty of them bought memberships late on, but the turnaround is too short to run another full application process.

Disagree that nothing could be done. Anything would be better than the shambles we have seen today. what the hell are the FAW ticket office staff doing out in France? Having a holiday by the looks of it. we have already been told above that French language Internet was going through quicker, Welsh fans have been stuffed in the sales window.

I may be imagining it, but I think I read on here that for the last round, after the general sale had gone through, UEFA sent emails out to registered accounts who hadn't got tickets for this game offering them a chance to buy from a separate allocation. Are we 100% sure this will not happen for this game as well? Quite frankly I'm surprised they had anything to sell in the first place. I would have thought they would want to sell off the entire neutral allocation way in advance - UEFA are terrified of empty seats showing up on television - so at least they held some back, even if the sales process was a disaster.

I don't see how the FAW ticket office are at fault when it's UEFA who do this part of the sales process (which admittedly was a shambles). I think you misunderstood me. I'm not blaming the FAW ticket Office, but feel if tickets were available in this window, they should have been given to the FAW and the Belgians to distribute to their fans. i have just looked on viagogo and there are 28 pages of tickets on there from just just under £300 each to £4,000 and even one idiot asking £72,000 for his ticket. UEFA claim to stamp down on touts but in effect they are doing absolutely nothing. Someone from the FAW or the FSF should point out to them the number of tickets on viagogo, e bay, Twitter, Facebook etc this has been going on for years, and this shows why there were so many England fans at Lens they've bought up the tickets on viagogo and for Paris, Lille etc before they went too expensive, as they know what happens from previous tournaments. This is all new to us.

Tried again today just incase something popped up but only Germany/Italy and Portugal/Poland games were listed but unbelievable got through to the end for a Germany/Italy cat 2 ticket but only thing stopped me was I didn't have enough money in my account to get a ticket.(I sort of knew that but lived in hope)Was going to try to exchange it then for a Wales ticket.
So how could I get through in under half the time than I did yesterday plus was able to get a ticket involving two countries 10 times plus the size of Wales and still get a ticket. It would nice to find our exact allocation for Friday's game and how much demand was there?
