Buying off Viagogo query

So a couple of queries on buying off Viagogo if anybody can help

I can see you can see what cat ticket, but I don't think you know where in the ground it is. Do you find this out before you buy?

Also does anybody know where / what time pick up is for those 'pick up at event' tickets

Mine says 3:30 to 8:30, it only says category 2. no idea where though.

I think I read somewhere else on here that Viagogo actually hire out a hotel nearby, and have a ticket collection point there. I assume they must get the sellers to send them their tickets in advance. Makes it a bit more trustworthy I guess!

In terms of where, it's the Inter-Hotel Ascotel near the stadium.
