One voucher available for 1/4 final. Unable to attend due to illness. I have contacted UEFA regarding transferring the voucher and have received the reply below. The voucher, copy of my ID and the Power of Attorney will need to be collected from Porthcawl. UEFA could be c**** about it but I doubt it very much. If you are interested PM me and I can write a PoA to you with your name and passport number on it, ready for you when you collect.
- This is for a Cat 3 seat in the Welsh end
- £73

Vouchers
Dear Mister S.......,
Thank you for your email.
When applying for your tickets, you agreed that you would attend the match together with your guest(s). Accordingly, if you decide to transfer your tickets to your guests or to anyone else without attending the match yourself, you remain, in all respects and in particular in relation to security measures, the person who is solely responsible for all the tickets that you purchased. Furthermore, you remain fully responsible for the behaviour in the stadium of those to whom you have transferred the tickets, especially regarding their compliance with the stadium rules and the Ticketing Terms & Conditions.
We understand that you are no longer able to attend the match yourself and wish for the tickets allocated to you to be collected by your guest(s).
The personnel at the Voucher Exchange Point (VEP) will assess on site (i) if such non-attendance by you is due to exceptional circumstances and (ii) having considered this, if they decide to make an exception and allow you to have your tickets collected by another person.
In order to allow the personnel of the VEP to assess the situation, your guest has to bring to the VEP the following documents:
• The valid ID card or passport of your guest
• The Voucher
• A copy of your ID
• A letter of attorney written and signed by you, the main applicant, which names the guest(s) that you wish to collect the tickets and which also explains why you cannot attend the match personally along with the nature of the relationship between you and your guest(s)
If any of these documents are missing or if the explanation provided by you does not satisfy the VEP personnel sufficiently to make an exception in your case, the tickets will not be handed to your guest(s).
In the event that the tickets are not handed to your guest(s) in this situation, EURO 2016 SAS will not refund the cost of the ticket(s), which have been refused collection and will not be liable to you for any losses which you or your guest(s) may have incurred.
Remaining at your disposal for any further information.
Best regards,
UEFA EURO 2016 Ticketing Team
