The deficit of Match Officials continues to bite. I am receiving more requests than before to help out on a Sundays where there is Women's, Girl's, Youth, Academy and Vets football taking place. In addition, the majority of postings on the Find a fixture South Wales page on Facebook are teams requesting referees. League after League are struggling to cover all of their fixtures with a Match Official.
