Hopefully Ched won't get replaced after 67 minutes every week now.

The reality is that Gary Speed will do what it takes to keep himself in a job. Hes not going to go hoovering up the best in welsh talent from the lower leagues just to help us out. Flynn may give him some recommendations I suppose but Im sure they will be considered on their own merits.
The number of welsh managers in the league has no effect on our player base at all, it just gives an indicator whether they have any aptitude for being a manager so they can be touted as our next manager once Tosh clears off.

Hope he does better than Coleman did in that division.

Hope he does better than Coleman did in that division. if he can't then he shouldn't be in management. this was discussed a while back, but would he leave Sheffield for the Wales job? maybe i'm doing him an injustice, but i can't see it.

Championship team or your country? Most managers would pick their country imo, as was the case when Nigel Worthington left Norwich for Northern Ireland.
Seriously, why would anyone turn down the chance to work with players like Bale, Belamy and Collins to manage Sheffield United? It would be different if Sheff Utd were in the Prem. But they aren't, and don't look favourites to go up this year.

Apparently there are many at the FAW who have been eyeing Speed as a future Wales manager for some time.

Well obviously. Although at this point in time thats like trying to choose between a poke in the eye or a kick in the balls.
