Looking at the state of Irish football right now, I can't say I'm overly concerned.
They also play Denmark three days before us (here's hoping they might be a bit knackered by the time our match in Dublin comes along).
I won't count all my chickens of course, but a draw would be more than achievable without Bale.
Our last game of the Nations League will be far more crucial although I'd love to see him match fit in time for the next two fixtures.

Gareth Bale has undergone a scan and the results show no damage after he was taken off against Atlético Madrid on Saturday night during the Madrid derby. The Welsh man did not travel to Moscow with the rest of the squad on Sunday but will be with them on their return and should be ready for action soon.
It was suspected that it was simply an overload on the muscle after he was whipped off at half-time at the Bernabeu on Saturday and that appears to be the case after a hectic start to the season where the Welshman has undertaken a lot of rhe responsibility in attack after Cristiano Ronaldo's departure.
Bale's involvement in Real Madrid's upcoming games after injury scare
Bale will miss the Champions League tie in Moscow but Real Madrid play Alavés next Saturday and follow that up with the visit of Levante after the international break. He should be available for both games.
Bale has suffered from injuries in the past during this period of the season as the schedule ramps up but this comes as good news for Real Madrid after a trying run of games. He will rest for the Champions League game and return to LaLiga where he has started every game bar one to start the season.
Wales play Spain on the 11th of October and it remains to be seen if Bale plays in that but with the Clásico coming up at the end of the month, Real Madrid might push for their attacker to be rested for that tie.

My Spanish is crap but I'll have a go.
Gareth Bale is not injured. He is separated with the group for the tour of Moscow. Many options to play in Vitoria.
That's probably totally wrong.

If the bottom line from this is Bale plays 30 minutes v Spain and 45 minutes v ROI - I will be happy with that ;-)
An attack with Lawrence, Wilson and Brooks will do nicely for me - at least for one half of the ROI match...

You are not far off. Only part you got wrong is ‘separated’. It’s ‘He waits to join his team mates on their return from Moscow’

Read this morning that his injury isn't serious at all, and he hasn't sustained a groin injury (*touch wood for luck*☘ 🖒).
Will your girls be going to see the Denmark game at home rushlegend? I can't see him missing that one (*bar a serious injury*). ☘

Looking at the lineup it looks like a 4-4-2 diamond for Madrid with Bale playing up top with Benzema. We shall see.

Saw lots of the game and Bale was pretty poor to be honest. He also seemed to pick up a knock shortly before being substituted after 80mins, hopefully nothing too serious

Had a funny feeling he'd get injured. Perhaps he wasn't really 100% after last weekend. Doesn't seem like he's been 100% match fit in recent weeks as we've seen a slight dip in form.
But the media now saying that Real haven't been this poor in the last few weeks for decades and that they're now badly missing Ronaldo, is way OTT.
They were saying the exact opposite a few weeks ago and remarking that Real were better off without Ronaldo!! Even going so far as to mock his goal scoring tally at Juvé.
Some publications now saying that many key players - including Bale and Modric - have lost confidence in Lopetegui. Not sure how much truth there is in it though.

Yeah, I saw that too. IF TRUE, it confirmed my suspicions that his resignation had something to do with Bale. I wouldn't be surprised if the Board were a bit miffed with Zidane following Bale's post-match comments, and that they might have felt that he was too easily influenced by the players, particularly Ronaldo and Benzema.
