Let's all do our bit...
1. Share the Tournament Ticket link on Facebook & Twitter. Encourage other fans to share or re-tweet the link. 2. Persuade someone else you know to get a tournament ticket before the allocation sells out, mention the 25 per cent discount. 3. Sign up to the Wales v Bosnia event pages on Facebook - and invite your friends. 4. Share the Bosnia & Cyprus ticket links on Facebook, Twitter and any football message boards you are a member of. 5. Persuade at least five other family members, friends, neighbours or colleagues to get a ticket for the Bosnia and/or Cyprus games. 6. Text all your football mates to ask if they're going. Mention the low prices. 7. If you're driving to Cardiff, offer a lift to a few other people. 8. Encourage the Wales players to tweet about the match. 9. Buy in advance. Good advance sales encourages others to buy too. 10. Get on the football phone-ins and talk about the importance of the Bosnia game.
We'll hopefully get over 20,000 - but it would be great to get even more.

Reasons to buy a Tournament Ticket:
1. 25 per cent discount (£25 saving) on individual match prices. So as long as you intend to go to 4 out of the 5 matches, you're saving money. 2. Cheap tickets for under 16s and OAPs - £18.75 for a whole campaign. 3. Best choice of seats: half way line? In the singing section at the back of the Canton? Good seats in the Family Stand? Get a Tournament Ticket. 4. No booking fees (edit: or perhaps there are - see posts below. Better make that "4.. Only one booking fee, rather than 5 separate fees"). 5. No postage costs. 6. All the tickets posted out together before the start of the campaign. 7. No queuing to buy or collect tickets on a match day. 8. No missing out on Belgium, Israel or Andorra if there's a sudden surge in interest. 9. Guaranteed ticket for the home leg if we finish third & end up in the play-offs. 10. Loyalty points: 3 for membership & 6 for buying a Tournament Ticket. You want a ticket for France if we qualify? 9 points is the equivalent of going to 4 and a half away games.
Anything I've missed?

Great post. My football club are arranging to go to the Bosnia game. I was of course going anyway but there should be 40 plus of us as we have two senior teams and an u18s so that's my bit done lol. There has been a certain turn of heads from some of the less supportive wales fans I've noticed. All the lads on my football team know I'm a massive wales fan and have to ask me who that King guy is etc (Andy King) so I'm used to them not really giving a shit. But since the euro draw, and the away win to Andorra, they have come out of their shells a bit more and are well up for the Bosnia game then into Cardiff afterwards. Let's just hope we get a strong team and a good performance, hopefully I can get them all back on the Monday for Cyprus.

trying to organise more of the lads to buy tournament tickets upto about 25 of us now trying to get them to tell all their other mates . As for the Barry hornes I hope not just personal preference but prefer away games where the fans make the atmosphere not a brass band playing the rocky theme tune(how that's got anything to do with Wales il never know).

Thanks for the update. Should the FAW had these on sale weeks ago? The WRU always hve tickets out well in advance and advertise and theirs are much more expensive.

The FAW ticket office were tied up with the Super Cup until mid August; exceptional circumstances. This seems a bit more in keeping with how gig tickets go on sale: fan pre-sale at the start of a week; general sale on a Friday. Tickets have gone on sale at very short notice before: remember Argentina - 60,000 in the week before the game. It will be interesting to see how fast the tickets sell on Friday. I guess FAW calculated that they would get a lot of publicity around the Andorra game & the squad announcement for Bosnia/Cyprus. Friday might be a good day too if Wales win Euro 2020 bid. The WRU has a marketing budget that dwarfs that of the FAW, hence they can afford a bigger marketing campaign.

They could have had this sorted before the draw for the Euros even took place. We knew the fixtures and the dates on 23/02. Tickets should have gone on sale no later than May in my opinion, especially now as it is all computerised.

They had all these 'StrongerTogether' posters up but no information on them, no fixture dates or ticket prices. Waste of time. If they had kicked their ass into gear that promotion could have had information and got extra crowds to the games not just a driving by 'oh look there's Gareth Bale' comment and never to think of the national football team again.

That way people could have saved for tournament tickets. But I'm not convinced an early sale would have made a difference to how many Wales sell overall. Tournament Ticket sales have already doubled and a lot of people are talking about going to the Bosnia match. The Andorra game, new world rankings, Euro 2020 bid decision, Bosnia/Cyprus squad annoncement, all good points for FAW to promote the Euro games. Some of the biggest Wale crowds in recent years have come when tickets were sold in a short time frame. And the FAW ticket department isn't big. May/early June would have been focused on Welsh Cup Final, England U21s, away trip to Netherlands, etc. And I suspect Super Cup ticketing took a bit of planning. Extra number of tickets sold would have been negligible, would it have justified the extra admin?

Tournament Ticket sales have doubled. Maybe it was due to that poster campaign... Welsh Rugby Union has always got posters up. It was great for brand recognition and probably shifted a lot of Adidas shirts too. I think the posters may have also coincided with the UEFA visit to assess the Euro 2020 bid.

I used the new kit poster as my cover photo on fb just a little thing perhaps but if we all did it that's a few thousand people who will see it. I had a few people, who are more club than country, asking about kit prices, ticket prices etc. Interest does seem to be growing towards the Bosnia match among the part timers.

I've noticed that too. All the part time / lapsed Wales fans I know are planning to go to the Bosnia game.

I've noticed increased interest amongst people I know for this game. One bloke I watch Merthyr with has been asking me about tickets -I don't think he's been to see Wales play since Italy away at the San Siro!

Anyone on Planet Swans, Red Passion, or the Newport C or Merthyr T message boards who could share the ticket link?

This could do with a big push from the FAW now. The @fawales and @faw_Tickets twitter accounts have not even tweeted that the Bosnia & Cyprus tickets are on general sale. The main FAW account has over 50,000 followers.

Will be interesting to see how many tickets are sold via the clubs. I assume those sales won't yet be reflected on the Stadium map.

The Gol Centre in Canton is now selling tickets for the Wales v Bosnia and Wales v Cyprus games. There isn't a booking fee but you will need to collect the tickets from the centre in Cardiff. If you buy tickets for both matches you get a 10% discount.

I guess it will be very similar to the last one. I just hope a church gets dropped and Craig Davies gets the call.

The 112/113 block has virtually sold out for Bosnia, it's just singles here and there left.

The 112/113 block has virtually sold out for Bosnia, it's just singles here and there left. Block 201/202 in the Grandstand has sold out for Bosnia & there are just 4 tickets left in block 207/201. That's on top of all the Tournament tickets sold. It looks like main part of the Grandstand & Lower Ninian will both sell out entirely this week.
