Just been thinking today, we're booked on the 1.42am train back to Paris from Lyon on thursday morning. 9pm kick off 10.55pm ish match finishes (if normal time) back to city centre 12.30am (poss 1hr queue for trams and 30mins travel) 11.30pm ish match finishes (if extra time) back to city centre 1am (poss 1hr queue for trams and 30mins travel) 12.00am ish match finishes (if pens) back to city centre 1.30am (poss 1hr queue for trams and 30mins travel) What are your thoughts?? Im thinking "we should be ok" Looks like we'll have to win the match in normal time just to be safe

Hiya. Transport is a mess at Lyon. Went to a game earlier in the tournie and we legged it at the end and it took 45 mins to get back into town by tram. It's a long way. The key is how quickly u leave. If finished in normal time you should be ok, but if et or pens, you'll need to leg it to have a good chance (if travelling from Part Dieu), but if u hang around for the celebrations it will be tough. hope that helps.

Should be ok but transport is a mess but they will not want thousands of people stranded in the boonies when some of them will be Journos getting back to the city.
All else fails use UBER.
