I just noticed while renewing my membership that anyone still in school doing A levels etc. needs to apply for an adult pack. Since when have 17 year olds been adults?
Junior Members
Juniors must be age 16 and under on 1st September 2020. Anyone who turns 17 before this date should apply for an adult membership.

So the Welsh FA have a pricing structure that means when you turn 17 you pay adult prices. I should have realised that when buy away tickets for my son as I've never had a child reduction. Every football club in the UK offers discounts for under 21s (sometimes a bit older again). So why is international football different? www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41891950

Wales should have an under 21 or least an under 18s price range. I would say 95%+ of my sons friends are either in college or doing A levels.

Totally agree with this, most of the people over 17 and under 21 I know are in Uni or doing A levels. The odd one or two I know on apprenticeships are on poor money, extending the junior concession would be a really tidy move. My eldest is in Uni getting hammered on tuition fees and accommodation, my youngest is an apprentice on £4.35 an hour. It’s not as though Wales is brimming with well paid loads a money jobs like the South East of England.

But somebody who is 17 on 1st September for the majority of this membership will be 18. It's been that way for a long time too, same for me a few years ago. It's £5 difference ffs. There's no OAPs membership reduction.

I like going to music gigs of all varities from under £10 to those that are £50. There's no age categories for those. I'm 24, nearly 25, and my national team or club - Swansea City - has offered me any reduction since I left school.

If football clubs can see the difference then surely FAW can.

I was only 18 for the September & October 2013 games. Pretty sure I had to buy an adult ticket for Scotland away too which was when I still 17.

Anyone received their membership pack yet? Priorities lol " The first batch of membership packs will be sent out in the summer and then they will be sent on a monthly basis." Could be a delay to that though I would imagine.
