Not sure what you mean by ‘a paper’ but either an electronic or paper version will do. They asked for both COVID pass and passenger locator form when I flew from Stansted Sorry mate, first thing in the morning, ye I have both. Ryanair when checking in on their app ask for covid documentation, did you also upload your proof of jabs to that? I just uploaded the passenger locator form.

To calm some nerves. I've been In Prague since yesterday.
Barely anybody is wearing masks so I highly doubt you'll get called out for no having the FFP2 masks
I didn't upload anything to Ryanair and just showed my certificate when asked during the usual airport checks.
Showing the QR code for the passenger form at Czech border control was also very straightforward.
Overall it just felt like a couple more forms than normal.
