Your first paragraph is what you need to do, you just need proof of vaccination (digital pass or letter, either is fine), the passenger locator form (this can’t be done until 3 days before you arrive in Estonia, not sure about Finland) and as you said the Day 2 PCR when you come back. The rules are changing but not until 4th October which is why the gov website hasn’t changed just yet but don’t worry, you’re completely right with just the day 2 PCR, testing wise. Great, thanks for that! I’ve booked my day 2 test on return to UK, I can’t seem to find anything re passenger locator form for Finland, border guard website just says that double vaccinated travellers from any country need proof of vaccination - that seems to be it. Unless anyone has read different? Go to Ryanair site. Then onto the section "mandatory travel documents". Within that there is a link to Finland

I managed to complete my PLF for Estonia about an hour ago.It was a fairly simple affair, and it appears your proof is just a confirmation email with relevant details showing such as name, passport details, date of travel etc.The message at the end of the submission advises you to print a copy, or save on your phone.Unlike the Czeck version which included a QR code apparently?

Yes, it was quite simple. Countdown now until i get on that plane. Leave home at midnight, drive to Stansted, 6.35am plane direct to Tallinn. Should be settled and on the pop by dinnertime on Saturday. Lets hope for a good result tonight.

Ticket collection went very well in Tallinn, good location some 15 mins away from the Old Town and an opportunity to walk passed the statues of the hooded monks.
I did have to laugh at the three levels of security checking passports! Particularly as they could all see eachother, less security at Cardiff prison.

Cracking trip. It's what being Welsh is all about. Brilliant singing in the bars, all good fun. Carwyn is a boy and a half.
