Great to see.
You wondered when he looked so average for Wales whether he was being pushed too quickly.
Those two goals, especially the second suggests there be a very good player there.

I just hope Cardiff can keep him and give him the game time and management he needs. Last thing we need is a perm team coming in and keeping him on the bench.

That first goal was crucial. Didn't matter how it went in, just needed a goal to give him some confidence, especially after the belarus performance. I doubt he would have made that run and been so positive in taking the shot on for the second, had the first goal not gone in. Really good strike for the second goal too!

Awesome, the lad has a bright future. Indeed, I still say he should be in the u21 for their full campaign.

Leaving myself open to the ,people who take every compliment as an example of overhypes, let me make myself clear I have no idea how well young Rubin will progress, but the second goal reminded me of a young Kaka, probably his build and languid running style.

Great to see him get on the scoresheet with two game changing goals, all in front of the mental travelling support! Must have been a real buzz for him, Kieffer Moore and him changed the game.

During the 2nd lockdown I had a friend who was on furlough watching the Cardiff Youth games to kill time. Messaged me about Colwill early on saying he looked ready for the 1st team, as he kept scoring goals that reminded him of Kaka. So interesting you've noticed the same comparison

Maybe he'll get a start tomorrow night I think he will. Makes sense after the impact he brought the other day. Hoping to see the "Full Welsh" again up front. Harris-Moore-Colwill, could end up being a really balanced effective front 3 at Championship level

Harris-Moore-Colwill, could end up being a really balanced effective front 3 at Championship level That is a potentially very exciting trio, at that level, which could really become something and dare I say become an option for us. Moore reminds me of a prime Andy Carroll and I think he's still got another level or two in him as he enjoys his meteoric rise. Colwill has bags of potential and Harris just needs some fine tuning, in his last two games he's missed absolute sitters.

Harris-Moore-Colwill, could end up being a really balanced effective front 3 at Championship level I've been to see Cardiff once this season, it was against Milwall and turns out that was the front three they started with. To be honest, all three really struggled in that game and it took Ryan Giles coming on to save it for them. So yeah, Colwill's cameo in the last game was great, he's also made a couple of other positive cameo appearances this season. Equally, he's had a couple of very poor performances in games that he's started. Nothing to be concerned about, but I'm not expecting him to become a regular starter and score/create 15/20 goals just yet. I think he'll be in and out, mostly starting on the bench, which isn't too bad at his age. Harris has just continued to show what he's always done - that he offers a lot of hard work, makes good intelligent runs to drag the defence out of shape, and provides a real nuisance factor, but that he also lacks a fair bit of quality.

Doesn't look like it's clicked for the Welsh boys tonight. Colwill and Harris hooked off at half time, with Moore very quiet too from what I've read. At least Sam Bowen is one of the replacements to come on.

At least Sam Bowen is one of the replacements to come on. Struck me as very harsh substitutions. It wasn't working up top, but it wasn't the forwards at fault. Every ball in played at head height or into the channel, nothing to feet. I recall when he was appointed Ipswich fans remarked he could be very stubborn with selection/substitutes and has favourites. That doesn't surprise because James Collins, who appears to be ahead of Harris & Colwill, is an abysmal footballer and has already missed a number of sitters, including another tonight. Not the best night for either Harris or Colwill, but nor was it for anyone in the Cardiff team Vaulks had a shocker and showed why he isn't in the Wales squad Still encouraging to have a number of youngsters though I wonder if playing for Cardiff at the moment is the best thing for them as we play very little football

You have to wonder how good it is for the development of Colwill, Bowen and Evans in particular. They're getting opportunities which is great, but every time I see Cardiff play the midfield just gets completely bypassed. I can't see how they change it whilst they play Flint, Morrison and Nelson at CBs because they're all so uncomfortable on the ball. I've seen so many occasions where a Cardiff midfielder comes short asking for the ball, but if there's an opposition player within a 5-metre radius those defenders don't seem to have the confidence to play it in, so just lump it up field.
