What do we reckon for ticket allocation and availability for this game ?

Anyone done a calculation on various ground options and ticket allocation per ground? Which ground do we anticipate this game to be played at?

Anyone done a calculation on various ground options and ticket allocation per ground? Which ground do we anticipate this game to be played at? All of their WC qualifiers were held at the national stadium in Warsaw. The previous NL matches were spread around various stadia excluding Warsaw.I'll do a bit more research later on.

They don’t tend to play NL games in Warsaw unfortunately but move the games between other major cities including Wrocław, Gdańsk and Chorzow .
Our game is the least attractive fixture so we may end up in a smaller ground but none are under 40k so we should have at least 2k allocation.

All the stadiums Poland have used in the last few years have decent capacities. Therefore, cannot see any issue with any Wales fan who intends to travel getting a ticket.

Thinking of booking with wonky sheep , how much do you think you will pay independently? Some places, you will get return flights for under £100 (likely not from Cardiff) if you're on the ball and you can get decent accommodation for as little as £15 per night per person. Maybe even less. Personally, I'm planning on spending a week out in Poland. Flying to Krakow the weekend before then later travelling to the venue of the game.

You pay a fair bit more with Wonky Sheep but those who do book with them, do so for the convenience of a flight out of Cardiff and accommodation all sorted for them in the same booking. I get why some would rather do it that way, but it's not really a decent option for me. I quite like the whole booking part of an away trip, I like to save money and Cardiff is a 3 hour+ trek for me.

Thinking of booking with wonky sheep , how much do you think you will pay independently? It is always going to be play-off between time / hassle v cost. You can always do it cheap; Megabus to Stansted for that early morning flight, budget airlines, hand luggage only, indirect flights, budget accommodation etc, etc versus a direct flight from a local(ish) airport, transfers all sorted, tidy accommodation etc, etc This one is going to be a bit more difficult to plan for as it is a relatively big country, it sounds like it is going to be in the North OR the South of the country and there is a game back in Cardiff a few days later. I've booked my flights already and taken a gamble that the game is going to be in the South and got £90 return from Bristol. If it isn't in the South, then I have got a long-ass coach trip to Gdansk.

Anyone done a calculation on various ground options and ticket allocation per ground? Which ground do we anticipate this game to be played at? I've been doing a bit of research on this. All W/C qualifying was played in Warsaw. Their last 3 Nations League games were played in Gdansk, Wroclaw and Chorzow. Their last 4 friendlies have been in Gdansk, Wroclaw, Chorzow and Poznan so my guess it will be one of the latter 4 cities. Capacity wise it all looks promising: Gdansk - 41,000 Wroclaw - 45,105 Poznan - 43,269 Chorzow - 55,211 Warsaw - 58,826 So that would leave 2000 or so tickets at a minimum in the worst case scenario.

Good research. We’re also a less attractive fixture compared to the other two so may get more tickets due to fewer home fans in attendance.

I have been doing similar research and came to the same conclusions. Gfansk ams Chorzow are easily accessible by train from Warsaw (2.5 hours), whereas Poznan or Wroclaw would need to be car from Warsaw as trains aren't so good. Assuming flying to Warsaw of course. My guess is it's going to be Chorzow or Gdansk. Should be easy for anyone to get tickets.

Isn't the match during the queen of Englands jubilee? This trip is a must, there is no way I want to be anywhere near the uk at that time.

I am so going, even if my mates aren't. I'll go on my own. I can speak Polish and I want away from the fake arsed sycophantic celebrations we will no doubt get from the democracy hating royalists. Too much of a republican and a nationalist to even consider staying here for that festival of arselicking. I would rather stay over in a republic country that values its democracy during that time.

I suppose we should learn to say it correctly...I was way off: I've been there when I went inter-railing, told my Polish colleague where I'd been. She was quick to correct my "Vrots-lahv" attempt by explaining the L isn't like a typical L. I was pretty close though!

I'm getting a flight from Poznań home. Manchester flight is around £40 and the airport is only a couple of hours on public transport or taxi from Wrocław.
Going out on the 29th, taking in Krakow before getting the 3 hour train across to Wrocław. Absolutely made up with the location for this one, it should be a cracking away trip.
