20 y.o. Bristol City centre half. Gone out on loan to Walsall for the remainder of the season. He's been called up to Wales U19's in the past.
He is son of Wales youth international Josh Low.

Used to watch Low play for Bristol Rovers so this makes me feel very old.
Also interesting that his son went across the river to learn his trade, hope his old man had something to say about that!

Probably benefitted from the Lockyer injury, but this does suggest he was the one who stood out in the EFL camp - great to see a new name involved! Well done Joe!

If he's stood out in the EFL camp then fair enough, there were a couple of names omitted from that camp who you'd have thought would have been ahead of him but there may well be undisclosed reasons for that.
It does show there's opportunities there for young players to impress in those sorts of camps.

Just Oli Cooper I think (and Joe Low of course) Quite a few of our players have Dads who played professionally. We have Brennan and Amps who have Dads who played and Wayne Hennessey’s Uncle or cousin also played. Our youth squads have even more offspring of ex-professionals. Off the top of my head we have the sons of Koumas, Jagielka, Cisse, Margetson, Giggs and Savage. Plus Owen Beck is Rush’s great nephew.I’m sure I’ve missed some out.

Another one going seemingly in the wrong direction, looks like he’s signing for Wycombe permanently

Another one going seemingly in the wrong direction, looks like he’s signing for Wycombe permanently He wasn't playing at Bristol, got regular minutes on loan in League Two, and has now signed for a League One club. So if he's getting regular minutes this is him moving in the right direction actually

Far better to play than sit on the bench, James Connolly did similar leaving Cardiff for Bristol Rovers and now has over 50 EFL appearances at 21

In the cup tonight - very calm under a lot of pressure. Alongside Sam Vokes (subbed after 55') for Wycombe
UPDATE The two boys are going to Wembley ;-)

I was thinking about this lad the other day, anyone know how he's been doing this season? Would love for him to really push on.

Doing quite well I think. Started 24 of their 32 games. Ratings here suggest he's played well: www.whoscored.com/Players/427710/Show/Joe-LowSeems to have all the ingredients needed to play at a higher level, although we can't ignore that Bristol City were happy to let him leave in the Summer, so he can't have been rated that highly by them anyway
