Not sure if Welsh qualified but certainly strong ties to Cymru/Wales in their start. Someone to keep an eye on as women coaches becomes more normal in men's game, as it's starting to be the case in NFL.

They were always keen on mentioning the interim every time someone spoke. Shame really as I wanted her to be given a proper go of it. It caused a lot of attention which I thought was the intention. Is it bad I want FGR to flop after seemingly using her.

They've at least had the balls to give her an interim position which is more than every other club in the pyramid - so I'm not sure why you'd want them to flop more than other clubs That combined with the great effort FGR have gone to to become a net zero club with limited resources. They are an amazing example of a club that all the top clubs should be following. I always want them to do well |

I mean they could make a 10 year old kid interim knowing full well they'll never give them a chance. I think anyone can make brave decisions knowing in a few days you'll reverse that decision, I feel its using her for publicity which I think is quite bad. I do like the culture around the club with their environmental efforts. Don't really think they've done anything for equality dangling a carrot that was taken away though. |

No. So I think other clubs deserve to be criticised more for not even doing a small gesture I just question why it was done to be honest. I do feel that they played on a lot of people's emotions. Lots were really happy for her and wanted her to do well, she was never given the chance it appeared she was offered. |
