Had a sort out yesterday. Found my 1985 shirt which I wore to Scotland away, with an Adidas number 9 on the back!
Also found my Hummel shirt from 1987!

Love when you stumble across old bits and pieces. Recently sorted out a few boxes I had in the spare room, found some of my stubs and programmes from the late 90s... Which meant I lost a couple of hours looking through it all.

I have 2 wales shirts missing somewhere in my or my parents house and can’t find them! Both kappa away shirts. Blue with yellow trim and white with 1 red and 1 green sleeve.

I have (had?) a typed and signed letter from Brian Clough when he was Leeds' manager. Kept it safely for years and years since I was a kid up until a few years back...do you think I can find it anywhere now....!? Gutted.

Those Hummel shirts and trackies are lovely! The Adidas number too, that's superb. I found my old 1997 Lotto home shirt the other week, got a bit teary thinking about where I was in my life at that point, what that shirt meant to me and the feeling, as a 14 year old boy, that I'd never see Wales qualify for anything and getting it ripped out of me at school for supporting Wales! I've got about 30 Wales shirts, never parting with any of them, the collection will only grow and grow!

I have recently sorted out some of my things. Unearthed loads of my old Wales shirts from the mid 1990's onwards as well as tickets, photos, and t-shirts from various home and away games.

BTW all the clothes still fit, admittedly some just.😉

I sold a few of my shirts to fund my trip to Qatar; a Bobby Gould era Lotto shirt, a black Kappa 3rd shirt and a Tosh era away shirt.
Looks like I will I have to have a sort through my stash of programmes on the actic to finally pay off my credit card bill.
And then have a look through my daps collection. I'm sure that I have vintage Trimm Trabs somewhere.

The short answer is no!

Not even close. My 1985 M is nowhere near my 2022 XXL

i wish i had the foresight to keep my early 90s welsh tops (even though i wore them down to a thread) as a young whipper-snapper.
if you can, whack some pics of them on here... love seeing old classic shirts in real life (if that makes sense).
