Played really well yesterday v Romania in our u17 win and dragonsoccer reporting he just signed a Derby pro contract, after being targetted by Man U. Good luck, Cruz!

Looks like Cruz has been fast-tracked into the DCFC U21 - played 5 full games this season. Still only 17 ;-)
EDIT Just had another 90' this evening v BHA U21 (top of the league)

Scored two goals already tonight (v WBA U21), and it aint even half time yet '=))
More of an 8 than a 6, tho.

I've liked the look of him when I've seen him play, but I'm not sure how much of a prospect he is when he's only just graduated from Derby County's u18s?

Please feel free to enjoy his first (30 yd free kick - reminicent of his goal v Croatia in the Euros). His second (3rd in reel) was a decent late-ru and he also got an assist for the fourth.
Oli Bostock got a lovely assist with a great throgh ball for the Albion.
Both Cruz and Oli were certainly the stand outs in Cyprus.

Think I am right in saying that Derby are one of those weird clubs with really good youth system even though their senior stuff is a bit mixed.
