premier league relegated - wigan, birmigham, newcastle
necastle have a welsh youngster in their academy appart from that none of these teams have any welsh players or welsh players that are retired.
champ promoted
cardiff and swansea obviously if not
bristol city liecster city reading
crystal palace and nottigham forest are the backup teams for promotion.
blackpool went up we had 3 players playing in the prem and two of which we didnt expect. be great to see palace in the prem then dorman gets a chance to prove himself.

I'd prefer Forest to go up next year to he three you mentioned. Gunter, realistically, is going to be the best-equipped of the Welsh lads at those clubs to handle the transition to the Premiership, don't forget Vokes is only at Bristol City on loan.
Cardiff and Swansea to go up would be excellent for Welsh football long-term, but I can't really see it happening.

i think Cardiff will finish top two. seriously.
Swansea, i'm not sure. it's an incredibly open division, so i wouldn't rule out the playoffs.

If Bellamy goes to Cardiff on loan, I reckon they will be promoted. If not, I find it hard to see them emulating last season, having lost Ledley. That said, Koumas and Olofinjana are good additions.
