just watching soccer am yesterday could see the newly recorded cardiff city anthem,"i'll be there " being plugged,
had nt realised its background ,for an excellent cause , and can see its caught on big style.

whats the chances of it catching on in the wales games ,

also the excellent phrase of

mae gan gareth bale tekkers angredadwy!!

just emphasises the fact of how important bale being on top form and available for wales is in this campaign,not just bale ,all our stars

imagine, a squad full of fit, in form ,young welsh stars and the effect it could have on our campaign,,

"I'll be there" is based on When The Coal Comes From The Rhondda:

"I'll be there, I'll be there, with my little pick and shovel I'll be there".

And it is a Welsh football song - I remember it being sung regularly at Wales games in the 80s and it was one of the most suggested songs when we had the song thread on the old DS board.

Just watched Soccer am for the first time from my foreign base and decided that i'm better off overseas if that is what passes for entertainment these days. Might as well bring back On the Buses.
