Jacobson is a very good player and didn't get a fair chance at Cardiff because of Dave Jones. Still do a job I reckon.

Good for him! Anyone watched Wycombe recently that can comment on his pace and vision? I feel whoever comes in at LWB will need to have both of those in abundance and Jacobson is 33, but his age doesn't matter if he can still charge down the left. |

I watched the playoffs but probably 3 games isn’t enough to base an opinion on him. I don’t think he’s quick or good enough for Wales. Looked like a crafty veteran, giving away fouls on half way but not the type that could get you booked. Seems like he’s got a beast of a delivery from set pieces. Scored a few direct from a corner too. I think it’d be better to throw in a kid who isn’t ready and hope he doesn’t have a bad match than play these lads who’ve been lower football league players their entire career. |

10 year celebration at Wycombe FC tonight (as per Dragon Soccer website).
Not every player is Gareth Bale, but 10 years playing regularly as a professional is an incredible achievement...especially when that's the winter of an already long career in the english football league.
Special tip of the hat for working his way back into the Championship for the one (almost more) season too.
