Wales are, once again, omitted from FIFA 11, even though England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic all feature!
Looks like my boycott of FIFA games goes on, the last one to feature Wales was FIFA 08!
It's only a computer game, but still, grrr.....

I don't know why they would leave out Wales but have the other home nations. Is there some sort of licensing issue, or do they just think we wouldn't be attractive enough to bother including? If the latter then it's difficult to see what is so much more attractive about Scotland, whom we recently thrashed in a friendly, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.

I really can't understand why we were in the World Cup game but not in the new FIFA game. Surely if they've gone to the effort of creating the team for that game, including us in the new one wouldn't have caused too much trouble

Just got a reply off EA:- Customer How come Wales aren't in FIFA 11 yet again? Considering you have all the other UK nations, why not Wales? Yet again i will be purchasing Pro Evo because of this ommission. Not everyone in Britain is fascinated with England and the Premier League. If Wales is on every other footie game, how come you dont have them especially as you have the fifa license? Regards George 10/01/2010 07:24 PMHi George, Thank you for writing to Electronic Arts customer support. We really appreciate your feedback and suggestion for the game FIFA 11. Your suggestion always help us in making the game better; However Making any change in the game or game features is in the hand of game developers. If you want that team should be included in fifa 11, I would request you to please submit your this suggestion on the game official forum. These forums are regularly reviewed by the game developers and this is the fastest way to convey your message to the game developers. The official forum for FIFA 11 is here. forum.ea.com/uk/categories/show/10.pageI would however forward your feedback to the concerned department. If there is anything else we may do to assist you please let us know. Thank you, Pafford EA Online Support. My reply:- That didn't answer anything. Im not going on the forums on the offchance that the developer may look at it. I understand that you wont change Fifa 11 but what about including them in Fifa 12. What is the reason for not including them? Regards George Im not giving up on this, I want a proper answer. Its insulting to think that Britain has the third largest videogame industry in the world and we dont even get our country included in the game. Dont we count? Or maybe we should start playing as the mighty England.

What's their email address, I might send one too. It's ridiculous to think that Scotland, NI and the ROI get in but we don't.
