Just as an aside, how inspiring must it be for the little Welsh lads- the likes of Joe Allen for instance- to have somone like Flynn in charge to tell the 'day I scored with a header against Brazil' story! Proof that a lack of height won't stop you getting to the top.

Isn't there 60,000 Welshmen who claim this was their first game? Strange....record books record the attendance as about 20,000

I know the game was at Ninian but as the video starts you can clearly hear that 'Cardiff City are the greatest team at football that the world has ever seen' so it isn't a new thing that the national side attracts the club element that puts people off.

In 1985 when Wales beat Spain 3-0 the racecourse must have had a capacity of roughly 400,000....if everyone who says they were there is to be believed!
