Another poster made this point on here,if you take out Dzeko, Pjanic and Besic Bosnia's squad are unknown, but the same could be said about ours if you take out Bale, Ramsey, Allen, A.Williams probably. |

Fair point, but I'd argue though that the average number of caps amongst 'the rest' in the respective squads is far higher for Wales. We've played more internationals as a squad and that should count for something |

Point about small number of stars who'd be massive losses similar on both sides is fair but significance for this game is they've lost 2 of 3 and all 4 of ours are ready to go. Come on Wales!!!

Excellent podcast, as ever.
I really don't know how I survived all those years ago without this sort of intelligent, nuanced, informed discussion of Welsh football, by people who actually care passionately about what they're talking about. This broadcast is the antithesis of my experience, as a teenager, of listening by myself, in my bedroom, to Radio Wales' afternoon news broadcast, to that brief end-of-match commentary of the Yugoslavia vs Bulgaria match where a last minute goal denied us a place in the Euros. No post-match analysis, 606 phone-in, nor forum or social media outlet for my immense frustration. Just nothing. Perhaps, the internet isn't such a bad thing after all...
