It's good to see we're moving with the times.

This kind of method of creating a positive mental attitude appears to have taken hold in everyday life not just in sport, personally I don't know how much of an influence this can have on individuals or groups as I have no experience of it, I just wonder what is so different in what a manager tells you compared to a psychologist, obviously there is but it makes me think of how a manager reacts to this when he is supposed to be the main motivator.
