I'd be very surprised if these don't all go by the 3pm deadline tomorrow. So surely the top deck will be opened up then for telephone sales and Friday walk-up, unless anyone is aware of any restrictions which might prevent the FAW from doing this?

The bottom tier is actually going to sell out, isn't it? Amazing stuff.

On the welsh football fans facebook page somebody has just said that the FAW are going to open the upper tier on the day of the game if not before if required. They also said 20,700 tickets sold, but I think we have passed that tbh, unless they mean Wales fans only. What they should do too is keep the tournament ticket thing going but reduce it by £15 after every game. Might encourage people to buy one if it is £45 in a week's time if we were to win both games.

Corky from FSF Cymru has just posted on the Cardiff City messageboard:
"We're on 20,700 now for the Bosnia match They have just opened up the last block in the Canton stand 108/109) online so any groups will be able to book in there. Not much left anywhere else so we will be opening the Ninian upper tier for matchday sales, or earlier if need be. The FAW will be closing tournament ticket sales on Wednesday afternoon and the Kickback Scheme as well. Get booking up and be part of it all tournament tickets still available for a couple more days at £75 adult and £18.75 concessions to cover all five home games or buy individual tickets at £20 adult and £5 concessions."

The 21k barrier will definitely be broken tonight.

Tickets have been selling really well today. I reckon we're heading for the biggest-ever Wales crowd in our five years at Cardiff City Stadium. 1. Scotland (2012) WC 23,249 2. Costa Rica (2012) F 23,193 3. Belgium (2012) WC 20,156 4. Bulgaria (2010) EC 14,061 5. Scotland (2009) F 13,844 6. Iceland (2014) F 13,290 7. Norway (2011) F 12,637 8. Finland (2013) F 11,809 9. Macedonia (2013) WC 11,257 10. Serbia (2013) WC 10,293 11. Rep of Ireland (2013) F 10,000* 12. Montenegro (2011) EC 8,194 13. Australia (2011) F 6,373 *Rep of Ireland attendance was incorrectly given as 20,000 - it was around half that. With at least 20,700 sold, Bosnia is already the third biggest Wales attendance at Cardiff City Stadium - and that's with 4 days of sales to go. If 2,550 more tickets are sold it will be a record for an international at CCS.

Its all set for an amazing night hopefully, does anyone know if the FAW have a pre-match entertainment plan? To build up the match. It would be class to get a male voice choir to sing men of harlech followed by hen wlad or something!
Also not read the whole thread, but is the new upper ninian sold out too? Or is that in red because its not open for the match?

Only the block 108-9 has lots of seats left at the moment, all the others have a few single tickets, and with we think 123-4 could go on sale too. The rest of the lower has sold out other than a few hundred tournament tickets not being taken up. It would be amazing if they brought back the TA band to play the anthems rather than just playing a record, no doubt some Welsh celebrity singer will sing our anthem.

Ah right ok, would be great to fill some of the upper ninian too. Where are the Bosnian seats allocated to? Im sure the scottish fans were in blocks 121 - 127 before. Not sure if they were meant to be in all those blocks mind!

Not sure if they were meant to be in all those blocks mind! Like you, I thought that they were basically given the entire Grange end ie from 121/122 to 127? Of course, there were plenty of them around the ground Bosnia HG will certainly have 121/122 (anyone know how many fit into this section?) but possibly more if it cannot accommodate 3,000? 123 also?

I can see it clearly
A couple of pints before the game, a cracking atmosphere around the stadium and the anthem belted out, spirits high and great noise at kick off, then
BANG defensive error 1-0 down after 4 mins
Quiet for a while then a couple of near misses which gets th crowd going then
Bang Long range strike 2-0
Doom and gloom prevails and player booed off at half time, the Coleman Out and Speed was only hope songs start to get heard
then
BANG 2-1 Quick breakaway and were back in it on the hour, hopes are raised and the atmosphere builds, we pen Bosnia into theior own half and waste a couple of chances
then
BANG A late Bosnian goal sends 3/4 of the stadium either into silence or to the exits
The crowd for Cyprus is then down to 12,000 where we will see a drab game ending 0-0
and all the optimism has gone again.
Then again
we could score early and secure a 3-0 win

"Due to high demand, the Ninian Stand Upper Tier has been opened for sales. Updated 3pm 07.10.14."
Blocks 513, 514 & 515 on sale (Centre of the block).
Block 108-9 now limited availability. They can't be opening up 123/4 up for Wales fans.

Someone should start a campaign to encourage supporters to buy tickets in advance, who knows what it might achieve! There are people buying tickets now purely on the basis that there's going to be a big crowd. Advance sales leading to more advance sales. Everyone off this board who's kept on to people to buy tickets online in advance has done a great job. Whisper it but the game could actually sell out now, which given the fact the Stadium is significantly bigger is remarkable. We got 20k for the opening match of the last campaign & just 12.5k for a crucial home match against the top seeds. The fact that we could get 25k to 30k against Bosnia when we got less than half that against Croatia last year is quite a turnaround.
