Hi everyone, just wanted some advice/help. Me and a friend are coming back from australia for the euros. Been way nearly twenty years so neither of us have any fa wales membership. we both missed out completely in the first ballot. We are now in the open portal hoping to get tickets for all three wales games. now overnight my mates old man says he's bought tickets for all his family for the Slovakia game and he's got em off one of those high price ticket sites. my question is this, should we wait now until the ballot is completed or just pay over the odds for tickets on one of those sites. The are offering follow my team for the three games for around 1500 quid. Now I know that's stupid money, but we are coming a long way and this could be once in a lifetime stuff. Tickets or not we will be coming thanks in advance

All depends on how much money you are looking to risk losing on one of those dodgy websites?

Absolutely no contact address for this well presented scam in my opinion. Hit contact us and it just sends you back to the top of the page with the phone number. Bet there'll be no one answering as the draw gets nearer and tickets not appearing. Pardon my scepticism.

At first I thought this was 100% a scam because how could they get hold of 'follow my team' tickets when they havent even been allocated yet by the FAW - but then I see you only get the three group games, so 'follow my team' is just the name theyve given to this package. They could have got hold of tickets through the general sale as a lot of the touts will have done, but the website's name just reads scam all over to me, hope I'm wrong for your sake. Ridiculous price for the 3 group games as well

I would avoid this like the plague.
Why would you not at least wait until the ballot is done? You've nothing to lose at this stage and these sites will be around up until June.
My advice would be to wait and see what you get and then try other avenues leading up to the finals, and even try getting them outside the ground on the day if necessary.
I wouldn't pay money to a site like this unless you're prepared to lose it. Because you probably will.

avoid sites like this and wait until the ticketing ballot is complete.

Thanks for the replies guys, I think I will at least wait until the ballot is over and see if either of us get anything. We have both gone for cat 1 tickets x 4 for each game, so we will either get 4 or nothing I reckon. Then after that will try the proper swap and buy portal that opens on the euro 2016 site. Like I've said we are going to be there anyway, tickets or not, so could still try right up to the start of the tournament
Merry Xmas everyone

Does anybody know the answer to the following question please? If I apply for a ticket as a gold member, is there anything to prevent me also being included on a friend's application for "general" tickets for the same match. To be clear, by "general tickets" I mean those ticket that aren't allocated specifically as tickets for Welsh fans and which non-members (or indeed anybody else) can apply for via the UEFA portal. As I haven't been to any away games, I'm feeling very doubtful that I will be successful in the allocation of Wales specific tickets.

If your friend applies for 4 tickets through the general sale then I'm nit aware that he'll have to give 4 names forward - I think it'll just be his name on the tickets so shouldnt be a problem. Might be completely wrong though!

all they companies do is try their luck in the general draw in march, pay face value for tickets and then send them out to the mugs who paid silly money for them
