Anyone else get an email about an hour ago saying you haven't applied for tickets yet, even though you've already submitted your app?

I came on here now to ask exactly the same!! I submitted my application yesterday so was surprised to see this email tonight. Anyway, I'm glad somebody else received this email and it's probably just a mistake.

That email refers to the general sale I think. Not the FAW portal application. Ignore it.

I thought that initially but it does refer to the portal closing on January 18 and it is a "support your team" email where the link takes you directly to the page where you select the country you're supporting. Anyway, it's quite obvious they haven't bothered filtering those who've applied before sending this email. |

I got one too. Was worried at first, but I think they must differentiate between names that have shown and interest and names that have registered at members . . . even though they are one and the same.
