All those years of seeing items on the news of where the scum are going to be based, and finally we can now be a part of it all. Becoming real now!! Also states that it will be Frances base as well, cant see that being a massive issue.

Looks a nice place! I thought they might have based themselves further south to cut down on travelling to the matches. Then again, it'll be a bit cooler up North.

I also thought it made more sense been based further south - to be better able to aclimatise to the heat of Bordeaux and Toulouse.
On the positive side, it looks like thew FAW are pretty confident in us qualifying as first in the group and then going on to play in Paris and Lille !!!
Being less optimistic, I am basing myself around Bordeaux and counting on a 2nd place finish and last 16 in Nice and semi-final in Marseille ;-)

If anyone wants to rub shoulders with the boys and stay a few miles down the road in Dinan, there is a lovely looking youth hostel.
