My wife rang bank today to check for pending transaction and the card had been cancelled by the credit card company over the weekend, they still hadn't had time to tell us, but had refused request from UEFA and told us there was nothing they could do. We meet all the criteria and have been to 7 of the last 11 aways and are booked to go to Ukraine. My transaction was fine.
Any ideas - please

Mate you've got no chance. I had my card scammed last week and had to be issued with a new card. I called uefa customer services to explain but they didn't want to know !! My chances of getting tickets were excellent as well I.e every tournament ticket over last 25 years, all gold memberships, away games including two this campaign. Lucy at the FAW sent an email on my behalf but no joy there either. I didn't want to take no for an answer and eventually got to speak to UEFA headquarters in Geneva and managed to get someone in Gianni Infantinos office to speak to the ticketing manager in charge of UEFA tickets and still they said they couldn't change the card as it was locked into the system they use!!! She actually returned my call and apologised and said she felt the system was wrong and unfair!! She told me to go back to the FAW as they get allocated set amount of tickets aside ...but I can guess who they'll end up with! All those years of loyalty and through no fault of my own my card will be rejected and nothing I can do  |

faw should explain exactly who gets those tickets set aside !!, no freebies or hanger son control strictly ,

Don't get this fascination with the FAW letting us know every little detail. They're extremely busy, don't have time to give us a minute by minute running
