Can someone please answer why home games purchased separately are not being considered for loyalty points.? I've done last 2 memberships all home games apart from 1 and 3 away games

Home game = 1 loyalty point See T&C HERELoyalty System
Please note, in the event of a restricted home or away match ticket allocation, a loyalty-based system will be used. This may be based on points, as detailed below, or on specific membership and match booking history. The same system will be used should Wales qualify for the final stage of the European Championships 2016 in France.Points awarded to Gold and Junior members will be carried forward from the previous campaign only. Match points will only be valid if you quote your membership number at the point of purchase. Points will not be added to your account retrospectively Euro 2016 Qualifying Campaign Tournament Ticket holder = 6 2014 World Cup Qualifying Campaign Tournament Ticket = 6 Euro 2016 Gold or Junior member = 3 2014 World Cup Gold or Junior member = 3 Home match = 1 Away match = 2

I can't understand this either. Previously we've been told that you get one point for each home game.
I've bought tickets individually the last campaign and the previous campaign. The last time I bought a season ticket was for the Euro 2012 campaign where I also had a membership and an away trip to Basel. However we find out now that the Euro 2012 campaign isn't considered at all.
I've bought individually recently because of uncertainty with work where I only know if I can go a few weeks before each game. In the end for this campaign I managed to attend every home game except Cyprus. I also went away to Cyprus. However, it now seems i've only gathered 5 points from the Euro 2016 campaign = gold membership and 1 away. It seems the 4 home matches I attended doesn't count which is a little unfair.

No mention of individual home games on there. Which is really annoying if like me you bought individually for every game and didnt get a TT. No pending transactions yet. Not feeling terribly optimistic despite last two memberships and 2 aways

Thanks for that link. Yes. I can see the anomaly! Sadly the FAW still have the T&C of the Gold Membership, as I posted, above. I thought its only UEFA that is allowed to chance their T&C when they feel like it

I thought its only UEFA that is allowed to chance their T&C when they feel like it As stated on another thread, may be worth contacting trading standards if t&c changed from the point at which you applied for tickets. A savvy TS department may well be very interested in taking faw on. But surely faw have not changed t&c between application and sale?

For goodness sakes just leave it now. The FAW will have had to make some tough calls recently on this hugely important issue. They help and respond to queries as efficiently as possible and may have made some errors, but they are on our side so let's stop kicking them. Their decision will be final and people just need to move on.

The only conclusion I can draw other than a massive oversight on the statement is that the FAW estimated those with single match points may not have enough points accumulated to be eligible for the allocation due to high number of TT's and half TT's?
If this was the case they might as well have left them in there so people thought they had a chance rather than being excluded at the final hurdle?
Am I clutching at straws here?
It has always been in the Ts and Cs so to change at this late stage is disappointing to hear to say the least.

Their decision will be final and people just need to move on. I agree that they've been doing a great job with limited resources but they've changed the criteria once again. They state in one section of their website that an individual home match counts as one point but that's now been taken out in the actual criteria in their Euro 2016 section. Over the last two campaigns I would have had 8 extra points from individual home matches but it seems that that doesn't count anymore. How is it fair that I get no points for 8 home matches over two campaigns and somebody who's just bought half a tournament ticket for the Euro 2016 campaign receives 4 points? I haven't had a tournament ticket since the Euro 2012 campaign because of my work situation and not knowing if I can attend until a few weeks beforehand. However, the Euro 2012 campaign doesn't count at all now which is fine although I've lost a lot of points from that campaign where I had a few away games, tournament ticket and membership. It seems that I've still managed to get what I asked for but perhaps in a higher category. I'm just thinking of others who I know buy individually and could have missed out. Some have been going for years and buying an individual ticket. I think people are just frustrated that we don't actually know where we stand from one match to the next.
